this is 22ms of lag on TOP of the lag of the camera. the PSEye camera has at least 100ms of lag already. anyone who has one can tell you this as its very very very easy to see.

like soxfan2005 said, this only matters if you dont care about HOW MANY good exclusives you have to choose from.

its a known fact that the more games there are that get released, the lower the average will be in terms of quality. lets look at this example, but just with rough numbers:

360 has 100 exclusives, PS3 has 50.
the 360 has 60/100 games that average over 70/100. the PS3 has 40.

i think the XMB needs a full overhaul graphically and functionally.

- integrate the PS Store into the XMB like how the Live Marketplace is integrated into the NXE. you dont have to enter/exit a separate application, you can automatically see whats new and browse through the content without leaving the NXE, and its much quicker.

KZ2s only strengths graphically are its motion blur and lighting. Halo Reach has FAR superior texture quality and variety, much more attention to detail - even nuts and bolts holding structures together are rendered in full polygonal form - and the character models are far above Killzone 2s. the lighting is also much more REALISTIC than Killzone 2s, even though it might not look as impressive. 'tyre grip PENALTY'. this isnt just a simulation thing, its a PENALTY to stop people from cutting corners. in a real car it is very possible to make a quick cut through on grass etc and retain nearly all grip levels when back on the tarmac after less than 1 corner. this article clearly states its a PENALTY and that it lasts 3-4 corners.

both companies sales figures are 'shipped' ones. sony do NOT only say how many consoles are actually in customers hands as they have NO way of knowing. they tell how many they ship, just like microsoft.

the whole 'sony say sold to customers but microsoft say shipped to stores' thing is a complete myth spread by sony fanboys.

im sorry, i must be missing something, but how can you guys say this is a GOOD thing?

for a game that calls itself the 'real driving simulator' to go and put a TRACTION PENALTY on you for going on grass etc is ridiculous. thats not what happens in a REAL DRIVING SITUATION. going on the grass is bad enough in the demos, taking you from 200km/h+ to 5km/h in about 10m (oh how realistic that is lol), but to then penalise you for getting back ON the tarmac?! absolutely rid...

they are what it looks like, because theyre actually taken in-game with no touch-ups and post processing added, and more specifically theyre not rendered at a much higher resolution and then downscaled to 1280x720 to remove jaggies and improve texture detail.

unless Uncharted 2 suddenly got some sort of magical Anti-Aliasing that is not even possible on a high end PC, every screen they released is a bullshot.

another sony faithful who didnt actually watch microsofts E3 conference where they actually did live demos on stage of natal, or read about the rest of the E3 show where hundreds of people actually played Natal games themselves.

also, LBP2 isnt huge news. the first game sold *okay*, but wasnt a favourite amongst gamers.

you mean like how they had the media playing natal at E3 last year? they also had people demonstrating it on stage. if you hadve read ANYTHING about E3 last year that wasnt written by sony fanboys youd have known this. Natal was there for all to play with, and pretty much every decent website/publication did multiple hands-on impression articles.

i cant believe people would STILL try and play the 'show us something other than pre-rendered video' c...

im with Blacktric. i bought LBP because i thought the developers could do some amazing things. turns out they didnt, they just expected ME to do amazing things to keep myself occupied with the game. i buy games to play, not to have to create levels to play. as such, i wont be buying LBP2, as i got sick of the first one after a week.

oh and for every good user created level, there are thousands of absolutely rubbish ones.

they also wont be the same LOD car models as youll see in game. all other GT games had higher-res models, dont expect GT5 to suddenly buck the trend.

Polyphony are the KINGS of bullshots. always have been, always will. they virtually NEVER release actual in-game shots. the only other game i can remember in history that has released more touched up bullshots than GT5 is Uncharted 2.

No, Epic said that IF Gears of War 3 uses UNREAL ENGINE 4 then it will be on the next generation of consoles.

Gears of War 3 uses Unreal Engine 3.x, not Unreal Engine 4.x - hence why it is on the Xbox 360.
