Voice recognition would be Kinect only due to the APIs. Kinect has full voice recognition for multiple languages/accents built into the Xbox firmware. This means that all the developers have to do is assign the keywords to actions in their game.
As far as I know, sony dont have any APIs for developers like this. Any voice recognition would have to be created from scratch by the developer.

There are a few non-psn/xbla games that are native 1080p, but they're pretty much all sport games with very little going on - virtua tennis, NBA street, mlb the show. That's about it from what I can remember.

3D *probably* means that version will be graphically WORSE, as it will run at noticeably reduced resolution with less effects and/or lower resolution effects.

Can i ask why people are going off at Microsoft about this? it was a business decision by CAPCOM, not microsoft lol. Microsoft didnt pay for this, its a decision by capcom to try and get 360 players - specifically the COD crowd, of which there is a MUCH bigger install base on the 360 than the PS3 - to jump over to Resident Evil.
the reasons i dont particularly care about the vita are as follows, and none of them have ANYTHING to do with who makes it:
1. Price - here in australia its $350 without a memory card or game. thats the same price as a PS3 + a game or 2, $150 more than a 3DS, and about $100-$150 more than a 360 with a few games.
2. Games - the only launch games that tickle my fancy are Rayman Origins and Super Stardust Delta, but I have rayman on 360 and SSHD on PS3 already. ...
