Less AAA games... isn't that a good thing?
We shall have to respectfully disagree.
Kudos to this guy. I don't know how he did it. I imagine being a neurology student is as tough as a chem engineer. No idea where he found the time to do this but it's freaking awesome.
Conker's Bad Fur Day?
Star Wars: Rogue Squadron?
Jet Force Gemini?
Castlevania?
Ogre Battle?
Star Fox?
How about a little variety and the writer gets Mario's wiener out of his throat.
I don't even...
anymore.
Tomb Raider was quite amazing. I feel bad because even on this site I publicly hated it initially. I quit after the first 30 minutes, because there was soooooo maannnnyyy QTE's and I freaking hate those things. Then I came back to it half a year later and wow, after that introductory stuff is over and the QTE's are banished to hell the game really blossoms into something amazing.
idol sway? or idle sway? IDONTKNOWWHATYOUMEANIFYOUREUSI NGTHEWRONGWORDS!
Yawwwwnnnnnn
If I could do it again, I wouldn't pay anything more than $5.99 for Borderlands 2: Fetch Quest.
How about you make a new game instead of just re-releasing your old ones?
A fixture of the game industry? He's released only 4 original games since the psOne, and none this entire generation.
Anything made by a human being requires creativity, even the most utilitarian object. The simple arrangement of some stones qualifies as art by virtue of the arrangement being decided by a human.
The idea that through player interaction games lose their ability to be art is horseshit.
What happened to that space sim?
I mean, how often can you say that people successfully learned a lesson?
Here's to hoping that you let DICE make the first two I guess, then hand it off to someone else and let DICE make some new IP.
I hate how formerly glorious studios have been bought up by corporate conglomerates. The studios end up being like housewives shackled to the stove, with their owners demanding the same damn sandwich over and over again.
You wanted Jason Statham for Hitman? I can't say that would have made this film any different.
Oh god, why does this crap continue to matter to people?
I'm beginning to wonder if I have some form of asperger syndrome because I'm finding myself increasingly alienated from any of the "problems" of today's society.
We're men. We like looking at T&A. And if comic-con is any indication, women don't give a crap either. Most of them play up the slutty angle of whoever they dressed as.
Don't be dense. Claiming you can know more about a game series is nonsense and it's the reason why games don't change a whole lot between sequels.
Is that THE Marc Laidlaw, of Valve fame?
I would have to say, this is a brilliant idea. Nintendo simply KNOWS level design for these sorts of games and they love boss variation too.
If only fate would be so kind.
Guess it depends which side of the coin you're on.
