People need to find better things to care about, god damn!
Simply put, as internet speeds continue to grow and companies continue to embrace the control that gaming on the cloud affords them, retail is inevitably going to die. In the future, video game retail stores are going to be equivalent to any inner city CD & vinyl music store.
Maybe it's just me but this just looks a little better than The Witcher 2 on max settings.

I think another thing that absolutely must be addressed is what happens when the Xbox after this next one releases. At some point, does the console just become a useless brick? How long will MS support it on their servers?
Frankly, since the average gamer these days is pretty stupid I don't think it will hurt too much. The informed will protest and probably shun MS, the ignorant will make the next Xbox as successful as the last despite the number of RROD's they may have suffered.
Sim City, midst all the controversy when it still wasn't even playable, was making bank throughout the entire time because people were still freaking buying it.
The story and the presentation. I'm going to scream this louder than you so you know I'm right because I'm sick of the praise this game gets. The story and the presentation simply kills almost any game this generation but the gameplay (remember that, what games used to be about?) is equivalent to Bioshock! And Bioshock was a substandard System Shock 2!

I actually like all 3 of the Crysis games but this dude just doesn't get it. I played Hotline Miami for nearly 20 hours. I played Crysis 3 for about 10.
Who cares? If the character serves the story than so be it. Determining your character's sex with the sole aim of marketing to a specific demographic is crass and cynical in my opinion.

I don't get why these companies don't just create PC emulators for consoles beginning two generations back. The entire PSone catalog should be playable on PC using an official Sony PSone Emulator. When PS4 releases, a PS2 emulator should be sold.

Yawn. Why did this company ever gain the fame it did? They made a shitty ninja game, a shitty fantasy game, a shitty sci fi game, and a shitty DMC game.
Amazing art direction and storytelling != gameplay. Vigors style weaponry can be found in many games. Bioshock Infinite is a pioneer of storytelling and immersion but from a gameplay perspective it's piss poor.
I like what QD is trying to do, like a choose your own adventure film, but the writing is always terrible and Cage constantly ignores the cooler aspects of his story so to favor these stupid emotional pursuits of his.
