I can see that you would be upset feeling that you have to repay for the same game. However, fact of the matter is that most have repeatedly paid for the same movie, software and games all along with minor upgrades.
The games you already paid for still work the same as when you bought them. The newer released games in Game Room will have minor features added like achievements/leader boards.
It would be nice if the license was automatically transferred over, but some...
Clearly you are not a business savvy person, because that is how console development practically have been in the last several generations.
You always start researching things that aren't possible now due to hardware constraints, but will be possible down the road. Why wait until the hardware is out?
It is smart planning to get a head start on it and even better if you can plan a road map for migrating over to the newer technology without leaving your old user base b...
Motion technology will not go away, but some of it might go obsolete and replaced by others. However, it is here to stay.
The use of Natal could be implemented in so many things. Imagine turning on your TV, Xbox 360 and surround sound system by giving it a gesture. No more need for a controller/remote.
I hope MS implements a standard translation from the controller to the Natal gestures. That way, you could easily implement Natal into let say Netflix and Last.fm inte...
Removing the parts that is like Home is the good part in my opinion. Maybe because I'm not a virtual world kind of guy, but I find it boring to walk around a space to reach my goal.
The whole idea of a virtual space might just be a fad, because I think people realize that it is an obstruction to what they are trying to achieve. The rule is, one should not implement an interface that is more boring and slower to do than can be better and simpler with a button.

I'm shocked about the fanboys here making juvenile comments on a serious case like this. Those pictures means some child out there is being taken advantage of.
This can happen on any platform, and as the network continues to grow and become more popular you will have more and more sick people do this sort of thing.
All Tretton said was that KZ3 will come, not that it will come to E3 2010 unfortunately.
Just clarifying as it seems some might have interpreted it differently.
Yes and I would also like you to name me any social program that is sustainable?
I'm not for democrats or republicans and more likely somewhere in between, but think that the government seriously needs people (including the president) that have a firm understanding of business and economics run it.
A country prospers based on the amount of profitable business, not on unsustainable social programs and taxes.
I suggest you do more research on how medicare...
I think it is a few trolls (with multiple accounts) that constantly try to portray something that isn't there. For instance this post (initially linked by Cold 2k) indicates this perfectly:

The author isn't saying that Sony invented it, but it sure as hell insinuates that Sony invented this which have existe...
Every time there is a rumour about MS slimming down the Xbox 360, we get a slew of people claiming MS is copying Sony. I don't think people claim it, on the contrary they assumed it!
With that said, I really don't see a problem with copying. Why re-invent the wheel? Most of the time, re-invention makes it worse! It would be stupid not to pursue a great idea!!!
I don't know what is up with the haters above, but the game was freaken amazing! I never seen a stealth game so fast and fluid with excellent motion capture. I loved the touch with goals projected onto walls.
Definitely keeping my pre-order!!!
I personally thought the game was amazing and played through the demo twice. It was a very fluid stealth game and none of that sneak around slowly as hell, then take somebody out then rinse and repeat. No other game I have seen keeps a stealth game so fast and fluid.
The only real screen tearing I noticed was in the beginning scene when the camera was panning horizontally into the game. That lasted a whole second.
I'm keeping my pre-order!!!
Didn't somebody debunk this as having nehalem parts on it?
Nah, I meant the NES, SNES, Mega Drive and etc... I'm just saying, from my memory it might have been that I experienced it as such because I also played PC games.
I guess the point I'm trying to make is that before the Wii, there was always this stereotype of geeky male living in mom's basement playing video game. Ever since the Wii came out, it is suddenly "cool" to play video games and celebrities are all talking about their Wii and to some extent their Xbox 360 or PS...
Really?
I mean after all, they surely could sold a heap of more console if only they had the supply. If they just introduced the slim, that itself would given it a boost. Then when things die down again, lower the price. This maximizes both benefits, instead of having supply constraints while giving away your sales boost to the competitor.
In my opinion, that is shortsighted by Sony considering the circumstances that since October of last year, there have been a very...
It is about the time of the cycle where these machines should have dropped more in price.
It has already been 5-years for MS and 4-years for Sony and Nintendo. This will be the longest and most expensive (in terms of retail prices for a) hardware cycle ever.
Yeah, for the most part you don't need screen protectors on the newer touch phones. However, I just like to put them on for the peace of mind.
For the most part you can't tell they are there....
Yeah, I don't know what the deal is with wulf. He probably doesn't own a 360, and if he did, he must be like the abusive stepdad to his 360.
i.e. he just likes to find anything he can to complain about the 360.
On another note, I just tried the Splinter Cell: Conviction demo, and it is good! Very good! The pacing is soo much faster, yet it retains that stealth feel. Go try it now!!!
The reboot is much better than the quirky controls they used to have on ...
LOL. Just look at the speed of the comments coming in!
Fact of the matter is, Nintendo was first out and made it popular! Does it matter that Apple came out with the iPod long after the mp3 player was invented? What about the iPhone?
Did it even matter that Sony came out with PS1, PS2 and PS3 after Atari introduced consoles?
I didn't think so! It is only important if it catches on!!! Being in a lab or a failed product only speaks of your INABILITY to com...
