I agree, this is f'ugly just like white electronics (my Xbox 360 and Wii), but to each their own.
I prefer the non-chromed 20GB version or the gunmetal MGS4 LE PS3 instead.
If you are using current assets, that is a significant chunk of code. Because it is small doesn't mean that the logic of the gameplay isn't implemented into it. There is plenty of space to do that.
Even if it was on the disc, I don't understand the outrage. Is this something that was announced part of the game at any point in time? Is this game mode something that is usually included in the RE series or even in this genre of games? Do you complain about not receiving Vista Ultima...
I own a Vizio and it looks pretty darn good compared to my Sony TV. For the price it is a steal and I have been very happy with it other than the f'ugly menus. It might not be in the same league as Kuro's, but they don't cost nearly as much either.
Some would call others an idiot for paying those prices for a TV....
This proves it, 9 disagrees for stating something that is probably correct. SDF on the attack, like XxSolid SnakexX below.
I complete agree with darkequitus and I'm suprised you (XxSolid SnakexX) for such a fanboy'ish statement got many agrees!
I have almost never bought a Strategy Guide in my life. I have recently read two, and both were of a fairly low quality from Prima Games. They were in-accurate and sub-par compared to IGN and mycheats.1up.com.
Unless you are playing RPG of some sort, online guides are probably more than adequate in my opinion.
Why do we continue to approve these blogs that poses a question, doesn't answer them or bring anything new to the table but just waste my time.
Awesome! When I heard two maps as a DLC, I though, great now they are going to rip us off at $10 for 2 maps instead of the usual 4. To my surprise they are giving it away free!!!
Way to go Sony! We still need a better source though as that doesn't seem official enough....
Since when is pushing the machine harder a bad thing? So if the PS3 is using 100% of it's power is that a bad thing all of a sudden?
It is kind of odd to schedule maintenance on a weekend i.e. Saturday. You would think they would schedule it during a weekday where people are less likely to play game for any length of time. I'm assuming weekends is the busiest? No?
This game looks amazing. Wish it was done on one of the Xbox 360/PS3 instead. Imagine what it would look like at 720p or even 1080p....
These are not vgchartz numbers and are NPD ESTIMATES only... i.e. best guess from NPD. Wait two more weeks folks, but does it really matter?
I won't change my gaming habit or affect me in any way.
Prior to installing NG2 on my 360, I have only had one freeze. On my PS3, I had numerous issues with freezing in the browser and in games. See my comment history. It is counter-intuitive that the more difficult architecture to program for is more reliable.
However, since I installed NG2 I had at least 5 crashes/freezes. I don't know if it is the installation or if I need to clear the cache as many recommended. The odd thing is, the game froze, but going to Xbox dash still works.....
This game sounds interesting! Looking forward to it.
Yeah, it is pretty pathetic on this site. You say anything remotely positive about Xbox 360 and you get raped on the disagrees, but I don't care and speak my mind.
Wish though that MS would have more free online play days for more people. It seems extremely rare....
That is exactly what the publisher wants. They want you to pay for it twice!
I suspect this will become even more frequent....
Most costly electronics equipment are warranted for 1-year in the US. Electronics less than a $100 are usually warranted for 90-days, but in the end the manufacturer set the warranty length. PS3 are 1-year as well as the Xbox 360. The 3-year warranty for 360 only applies to RRODs.
Usually when I say something positive about the Xbox, I get disagrees and bubble's taken away. So I started recently saying positive things about PS3, I got an extra bubble.
I completely agree that developers and publishers need to get paid for their work, that is why I don't pirate their games (although this is now extremely easy on both the Wii and Xbox 360). However, if they could justify selling a game for $60 at launch and within 90-180 days reduce the cost to $40, then selling a an extra outfit (or three) for $10 is ridiculous relative to the work they put into the outfit vs. the actual game. Pricing is completely out of hand when I can get a great game for...
I'm definitely not blind, but calling others blind because they differ in opinion is just plain ignorant. At least stupidity is excusable!
