I'd say it is a strong list even though It doesn't match my personal taste that much. Halo and Forza are pretty much guaranteed quality games but I'm even more interessted in games like Quantum Break and Project Spark cause the concepts look fresh.
I'm more sceptical towards Ryse cause It didn't appeal to me with the E3 trailer. KI looks good and as a fighting game fan I should be excited but as far as I know you'll have to buy every single character ...
Oh maaan. I liked the Dog from Duck Hunt.
There won't be too much extra ram if any compared to the Xbox One. It's just a different type of ram which will probably make it easier for the devs to utilize it's whole potential.
I really think they have. I was one that had high hopes for the Xbox One reveal and got disappointed really badly with the focus on TV. The DRM/24h check ins plus mandatory Kinect and last but not least their arrogant attitude to indie devs and the fans made me literally hate MS (I still kinda do).
But at E3 they have shown a lot of games and when they ditched the Always online DRM and just recently introduced self publishing + being able to use every single console as a dev...
Medievil would be nice.
I'd like to add Heavenly Sword 2 and Resistance 4.
Oh and a real Crash Bandicoot sequel made by Sony would be great as well.
It's still a really great feature for people that can develop games. No need to play it down. The price of the console doesn't change and it could make developing for the X1 very easy. I think this is a huge step for MS. I hope for more details soon.
Yeah that's one of the few games that I couldn't beat. The Sega Mega Drive/Genesis had some really hard games like Eternal Champions or Shadow of the Beast 2. Marble Madness and Batman and Robin were pretty hard too.
To be fair they started out pretty bad. But I'm glad to see that they are making the right moves now. Better late than never.
It was pretty obvious that MS had to introduce self publishing at some point before or shortly after the launch to be competative in the indie scene. I'm surprised that you will be able to use your own X1 as a dev kit though. That sounds awesome if it's done right. I hope for more details on how this will work soon.
Same here. When I started playing I liked it very much but a couple of hours in I couldn't push myself to keep playing it cause of it's repetetive gameplay. I just recently started another playthrough and ran through it just to see the end and I have to admit that the story seems very interessting.
But since Ubisoft is milking the franchise so badly I don't have the motivation to play through all the other AC games anymore.
Tell me a better way to sell an engine than to show what it is capable of by making great looking games?
I know it's possible. I've seen and played much weirder stuff. However you can't build items in the fighting game. I was talking about the heal abilities for example. I think it'll be hard to balance all the different champs.
I've done a list with all the games coming to PS4 and ordered them by personal hype level:

Omg I'm hyped. Zed and tryndamere will be op.
I wonder how they'll implement support characters.
Well if MS says they won't spy on us then it's all fine isn't it? I mean they would tell us right?
Just give me the option to unplug the damn thing or even better offer a bundle without Kinect. I don't see a reason why they shouldn't.
I agree that the Xbox One has good exclusives but the console itself is just totally unappealing to me right now.
I woudn't say it's better looking until we've seen a direct feed gameplay trailer from Driveclub which we haven't unless I've missed something.
Same goes for gameplay. Can't tell until I played both of them.
I would say it was graphically stunning however there were games that blew me away even more. MGS 5 and the Division take the graphics crown in my opinion. Infamous is still my most anticipated game though.
In terms of what? I can't wait to see how these 2 compare with each other.
Because it's not.
@bpmurr: Why should I blame them? I know they did some rip off in the past but this update is absolutely great. Most SF fans were asking for these characters to get included in SF4 and the price is reasonable.
I'm happy that they keep improving the game by including more characters, stages, balancing updates, modes and so on.
That's rude. Knack is one of the games I'm looking foreward to the most. It's coming from the man that made Kid Chameleon, Crash Bandicoot, Spyro, Ratchet and Clank. If you look at his achievements I think it's highly disrespectful to call a game shit just because you don't like that type of game.
