30fps is enough for a game like this. There are barely any games where you really need 60fps.
You also won't get to 60fps by lowering the resolution to 720p and certainly not to 900p when we're assuming that they're just hitting 30fps at 1080p.
The workload is comparable on the GPU side for 1080p/30fps and 720p/60fps but 60fps is much more taxing for the CPU so that would be harder to achieve.

Not that again.
Nintendo ripped off the Magnavox odyssey for making a home console.
All e-guitar manufacturers are ripping off Rickenbacker.
Michael Bay is ripping off "The Horse In Motion".
And you're ripping off your parents for speaking the same language.
XxInsertusernamexX is very original by the way. Haven't seen that before.
You'll find informations about length of the game and quality in most reviews. You'll know the price before buying anyway. If it's as extreme as it is with MGSV:GZ there is most likely a whole section dedicated to it in a good review.
So when a review says something like: "Game x was tons of fun while it lasted, even though that was only three and a half hours. Thankfully there's a lot to unlock and you'll still see new things on your 3rd playthro...
The greek mythology isn't nearly done. There are still so many awesome things they didn't use and since they introduced the primordials with God of War Ascension I can definately see them staying in the greek myth setting.
If they go to a new setting I hope it's norse mythology and it should be an all new game not connected to GoW in any way.
I highly doubt that Epic would want an exclusivity deal this time around.
Since Epic makes a large portion of their money with their engine they'll obviously try to hype the graphics.
Well, graphics are a much more effective marketing tool than gameplay. It's a lot harder to demonstrate a game that plays well than a game that looks great in a commercial trailer.
I hope they can get the PS4 version to 1080p/30fps considering they delayed the game. If they can't that would be a letdown for me personally. Nothing deal-breaking though.
One question: Would you back that on kickstarter?
The idea of making some easy money is tempting and I'm pretty sure that with some assistance I could definately be a part of a project like that. :D
Yeah it's pretty obvious. None of them has an avatar pic and the further down you go the newer the user is. Took him about 4 minutes to register a new account to comment every time. Some people...
On topic though: I just watched Angry Joe's review on this game and I'm shocked tbh. Not that I was ever to pick it up anyway (I don't play subscribtion based games) but it seems like even though it is subscribtion based they are trying to make you pay for pretty mu...
I hope it's Street Fighter V. I don't think it's very likely though.
I won’t kill you, but I don’t I have to save you.
Apples to oranges.
You simply can't. And you would be a fool for even trying imo. If you want a good PC $600 is pretty much the lowest you should be ready to spend. I'd actually recommend spending $800-$1000 if you want a good gaming PC.
You really must be fun at parties. It's a simple word. Get over yourself.
What are you talking about? I don't even know how you come to the conclusion that I would play it down no matter what. I like the Cry Engine why would I want to downplay it?
I even said it looked really good and I'd like to see it in context so please explain to me why you assume I would play it down no matter what? I didn't think we know each other.
I probably should've said that it totally blew my mind away even though it didn't for you ...
Same can be said about MGS vice versa with the exception that not all MGS games are availiable on PC.
The Witcher 2 system requirements are fairly low by today's standards. It's easily possible to play that game on a laptop nowadays.
I still hope for a Witcher collection for next gen systems anyways.
I always liked Tails and the Dog from Duck Hunt and instead of Tidus I'd put Hope from FFXIII in there. Then I'd add Hermes from God of War 3.
@Melvin: Mods are one of the biggest advantages of PC gaming. Most of the really good mods are being made long after I'm already done with the game though. While some mods are really good there are much more mods that are really bad so you've gotta filter them first.
While steam is great there are really great deals on PSN as well + the free games value you get from having PS+ I would actually say PS+ beats steam for me personally.
