@Tyre: He also said that the graphics fidelity was disappointing and that he would've preferred 30fps with higher fidelity. I absolutely agree with him on that.
@rdgneoz3: Same here. I haven't played any Mario Kart game after that. The GameCube Mario Kart game is still insanely fun though.
How does it make the game more awesome when there are features missing from past games? That's a really bad decision imo. The arena battle modes were the most fun for local multiplayer. I really don't see how less diversity makes a game better.
@lifeisgamesok: I agree theres a lot to look foreward to on any platform. I expect a much better E3 conference from both Sony and MS this year cause they'll be able to concentrate on games. I can't wait to see what surprises Sony, MS and Nintendo have up their sleeves.
Keep that attitude btw.
Do:
1. Show all PS4 games that are ready to be shown.
2. Show all PSVita games that are ready to be shown.
3. Show us at least one major Project Morpheus game.
4. Explain (or show) the synergy between PS4, PSVita and the Morpheus.
5. Announce PS4+PSVita bundle.
6. Announce Morpheus release date and price (maybe a bundle).
7. Show your future plans for PS+ and PSNow.
(8. Announce Ni no Kuni 2!!)
Don't:
...
@BitbyDeath: That's why I said that crowd funded projects are arguable. But most of the time the dev still has all the control over the project. There is no deal between the backers and the devs. That's what Kickstarter got critizised for. The devs can delay the game as much as they want, there is no quality assurance and they can even take the money and cancel the project.
Insomniac on the other hand can't do that with Sunset Overdrive. Even though they own the...
@BitbyDeath: Minecraft was an indie game when it was released on PC. Then MS published the Xbox ports because there was no self publishing on MS platforms. I'm not sure if MS funded the port. In that case the port wouldn't be indie anymore as the devs would have a deal with MS just like Insomniac has a deal with MS for Sunset Overdrive.
Not indie doesn't mean AAA. Indie means that the dev can decide just about everything alone. AAA means high production value. You...
@georgeenoob: It doesn't make any sense to speculate about who has more AAA exclusives coming when E3 is right around the corner.
@BitbyDeath: Sunset Overdrive is getting published by Microsoft Studios so it's not an indie game.
@Pandamobile: Well thanks for the link. That's the same info I found googling it. To be fair it's just an analyst making a claim.
It doesn't matter which platform has more revenue though as it's obvious to any gamer that the market is growing not shrinking.
The comment afterward was unnecessary. I assure you I have more than half a brain I just don't follow the economics of the business.
Really? Where did you get that information from? Can you post a link maybe?
On topic: I feel like gaming in general gets bigger and bigger no matter what platform you look at. Just look at the sales of the new console generation. Or look at the size of the community of games like Dota 2 and LoL.
Did you actually see the same people, that said that the game sucks (based on a trailer without any gameplay) changing their mind and signing petitions for a PS4 port or did you just generalised trolling fanboys and reasonable gamers to make the playstation fanbase look bad?
That was a rhetorical question by the way as I already know the answer.
Hell Yeah. Finally. Hope it can replicate the greatness of UT2k4
I was thinking the same thing. I really like the artstyle too.
Well chronologically it's right in the beginning of the series but I still agree with you. If anything they should port the whole franchise. I don't mind them doing these remakes as it doesn't require a lot of man-power/time in comparison to developing a new game from the ground up even though I wouldn't buy them on PS4 when I already own the PS3 copy unless I can get it really cheap.
It was the worst quality wise at release as it had some bugs (like the audio issues) as opposed to the other entries in the series which were really polished games. After those issues got patched it's pretty much on par with the other games imo. I really liked the new combat system and the puzzles were the best in the franchise imo. A major downside for me was the final boss fight. It was the second worst final boss fight in the series after GoS for me personally.
Overall...
Wow. No offense but that's a bad list if I ever saw one. A list of stealth games without Metal Gear and Splinter Cell is hilarious.
There is a big difference between dislike and disagree. Nobody in his right mind would dislike you for thinking that Titanfall is the best game of the year so far. Some people may disagree though cause they liked another game more.
Well since GoW:A is set before all the other games a lot of things haven't happened yet to make Kratos the vegeful character he is in God of War 2 and 3.
The multiplayer was ok imo. The only problem I had with the multiplayer was that its inclusion lead to a less polished and even buggy single player which was unheard of in the franchises history.
Other than that I really liked the new battle system and the puzzles were the best of the franchise imo...
Actually it has a lot to do with each other. A lot of horror books, movies and even games have religious themes. The Apocalypse, religious possession, exorcism, the anti-Christ, pregnancy with satan's spawn and so on.
In reverse history shows that a lot of horrifying things have happened in the name of christianity (just like other religions).
Wether you believe in god, allah, buddha or nothing at all doesn't determine you, your actions do.
lol. That look on the face of the kid with the red shirt when he sees what his parents are doing is priceless.
