Thanks @rainslacker for not judging me :D
Personally, I'm waiting until E3. In 19 days, if Microsoft doesn't show me some games that are exclusive to the XbOne and actually come on stage and address all the bigger issues that have come out of today, then they will have lost me as an Xbox customer for the past 9 years....And I'll just be purchasing a PlayStation 4.
And I should be corrected. It was and is indeed Microsoft's fault for getting th...
Way to insinuate that I'm a fanboy of a particular system. Which side of the brain did you use to make that assumption?
Let me make this clear...I'm all for people with their own opinions and decisions. It's the way life works, people must ultimately choose and decide for themselves. But feeding off of negativity and making predictions based on incorrect news articles or jumping to conclusions without having actually tried said devices (in this case, the Xbox One)...
All of this outrage/anger/hate over the Xbox One reveal is most disturbing for me as a gamer. Can't really explain it or put it into words, which is probably why I'm not commenting much today :/
Someone should write a blog about the "Judgemental Opinions on Negative News in Gaming"
Yeah I agree...there's very few of us left now that think like this, which is why I'm rarely commenting on any articles today just so I can keep my 3 bubbles up :D
@hennessey86
Thank god I'm not the only one who thinks the exact same way!
It all depends on how you look at this unveiling as what it ultimately was...a Worldwide Broadcasted Event. I honestly thought it was average, it was not better than the PS4 reveal, but then it was not a complete failure as everyone on N4G have concluded...
They only had 1 hour to reveal it and show off as many things as possible. They even said before the thing started, E3 is the place where all the focus will be on games, so for everyone to judge on them for only showing 3 ...
I dunno...the possibility of those "rumored" specs being true are about as likely as the "Xbox Now!" leaked name by that Rare employee on reddit/NeoGAF.
Wow!! Those are actual legitimate predictions that will probably come true. Way more informed than Pachter with his "There will be a woman/women at the presentation".... like WTF!
@JokesOnYou: You should start your own prediction show/blog entitled Joke-Attack :D....+1 bubs.
So I can get a White 500GB PS3 with a yr subscription to PS+ and all the free games I can download($299.99). Plus, get a White Assassins Creed PS Vita with the game and memory card($249.99) and then get PSASBR which I can play on both systems ($39.99). Reg Price = $589.97...EB sale price = $449.98.
Thats not bad, saving a $140 and I can get reacquainted with PlayStation before PS4 launches....hmmmm
I'll second that.
Makes sense seeing as Wii U = dual screen gameplay. PS4/Vita with Cross-Play support. Only seems fitting Next Xbox/Smartglass offers something different.
Here you go:
"Microsoft Studios contains twenty eight studios worldwide, 22 for games development (343, Rare, Lionhead, Turn 10, Twisted Pixel and Black Tusk, which comprises multiple teams) and 6 for entertainment technology advancement and publishing".

Pretty good list there, eh?? :D
It's nice that the PS4 will have at least 4 exclsuive PS4-only titles when it launches plus numerous indie titles being released first on PS4. Things are lookin' great!
Yeah, cause last time around it worked out for Sony too right?...
Spending millions on developing the cell processor, giving more millions to Nvidia for GPU, launching with a $499/599 price tag and NO decent games (except R:FOM), going through 2 different controller/console designs and shipping without rumble-enabled controllers for the first year, showing off Remote-Play then never utilizing it with the PSP, having laggy PSN service at the beginning and no cross-game chat an...
I do!! :D
It gives us insight into what developers think of the PS4 and what they themselves find fascinating about the system and it's functionality.
It's still going on right now. I think they've got about 20-30 minutes left in the presentation. And not any devices have been announced just this stuff:
Bunch of new APIs for developers
Google Play Games (Cloud save support)
Redesign interface layout for Android tablets
Google Play Music All-Access (Music Streaming)
Selling Samsung S4 running stock android 4.2 and unlocked bootloader in US for $649 (June 26)
New Chrome image an...
Hmmm, seems like I wrote a Blog about this not too long ago actually (1 Day 1 Hour ago) :D
Too bad this isn't a story today. That sale was just a One-Day only (yesterday only), not a week long. Someone needs to change that, or else Future Shop will be having some pissed off customers.
Indie Games? Double Check. :D
So here's a question for you (and it's just a thinking to myself type of question!), I know PS+ is awesome and gives you access to free games/discounts/etc, and you said yourself you've gotten all your vita games free except for paying for Soul Sacrifice, so my question is do you think Sony should just make Vita a Download-only handheld device and focus on offering increased capacity memory cards at better prices?
Cause I've listened to a lot of Vita owners an...
Yeah I'm thinking that as well...I'm gonna wait till E3 is over and see what gets shown off and announced and then get one in the summer. Still gives me 3-4 months to get used to it, will have more games for me to enjoy and possibly will get a better bundle deal, etc.
I will pull the trigger on the Vita sometime, but for now, I'm going to holster my wallet 😏
Yeah I'm with you there @Lance_Leon_Lionheart...
I'll admit I was actually defending the One for a while there, when no one was commenting positively on it. But just reading all the stuff that has happened ever since they announced it, it's getting harder and harder to defend a system with so many restrictions and obstacles, when all we want to do is the ability to play games on it!
