I'm thinking about writing a blog about how that Xbox One Reveal yesterday, made me go out and purchase a PS3 PS+ Bundle today and how little faith I have left in the Xbox Team and the Xbox itself as a gaming platform.
OT: I'll be pre-ordering PS4 Day One!! 4>1
Well...considering there are absolutely no changes to the button/input layouts, it is kind of downer. They didn't add anything new to the controller or take away anything from the 360 controller, they just redesigned it and added some more rumble and moved the Xbox button to the top.
It's not a big deal, just an inconvenience.
This is what was going through Kaz's mind the entire show...

Well they did get the #CollarDuty trending tag out of it...lol
Yeah pretty much!! It may not happen at launch, but once the XbOne has been out for a year or two, you'll slowly see them reaching $69.99 - $79.99.
Well, to Microsoft's credit, they did show the Console, Controller and Kinect 2.0 altogether and in great detail. But once again, they focused on how Kinect can be apart of your everyday life instead of showing live gameplay demos with devs using the new controller on stage.
Would of rather seen 1 demo using the new controller then the Kinect demos.
The Xbox One Reveal: 60 Minutes of Proper Tent Maintenance
Well I just copied what the reasons where from the article. There's probably about 20 reasons that, all of us on N4G, can come up with on why it's a total failure.
I just simply copied what the author of the article said where the 5.
Yeah he tried....He did make a little more sense this time around, yet when you read it, it still sounds confusing. It's not entirely the same between Xbox 360 and Xbox One....for starters you have to install the disc/game on "your" personal Xbox One first and has to be saved onto the Hard Drive under the account associated with "your" Xbox One.
Once you've successfully done that, then you can take that disc/game and insert it into your friends Xbo...
After today, you cannot fully compare the two. As of right now, they are both very different products on the entertainment spectrum. One dedicated to games, gamers and developers vs. One dedicated to multimedia, TV services and controlled online experiences.
So it's no contest...
Pretty sure the entire gaming world is somewhat disappointed in more than one aspect of the Xbox One.
Yeah, if they are neglecting to completely disregard these persistent rumours known as "potential scenarios", then obviously these are scenarios that will eventually become reality once the Xbox One releases.
Just all seems very "fishy" right now...
Here it is:
#5) Xbox One is a Stupid name
#4) Kinect 2.0 Forced Onto Gamers
#3) Xbox One is a Massive Device...& Ugly
#2) No Backwards Compatibility & Pre-Owned Fees
#1) Gaming is Secondary, Not Primary Concern For Xbox One
I'd say those are some valid reasons. #2 might change every 30 minutes until it's confirmed by Don Mattrick. And we'll have to wait until E3 to say if Gaming truly is secondary to the platform (be...
All Age Gaming - Their sites' name basically summarizes the Xbox One.
The only highlight part of the reveal. As soon as I seen it, all I kept saying to myself was "AWESOME!"......new textured thumbsticks, rumble enabled shoulder and trigger buttons, raising the xbox button to the top and just the overall look of it looked premium.
Then the rest of the reveal happened and my interest faded away :(
It should, probably for a small fee however :/
I can guarantee that by nightfall on June 10, I will have made up my mind on whether or not to purchase an Xbox One or not....Balls in your court Microsoft, Don't flatten them!
I agree....I actually thought it was the Xbox One when I looked at it, but a closer look reveals that it is a Saisho VHS Player...LOL
Pretty sure Sony are just sittin' back and laughing all the way to the bank :D
Microsoft: You guys are really starting to piss me off...
Firstly, using the Xbox logo and name, which has been synonymous with "Gaming" ever since it launched it 2001, to launch an All-in-One product with gaming clearly not at the forefront of the Xbox One. Secondly, Every one of you guys are all on different wavelengths. Get your stories/facts straight and tell the truth instead of leading us all on into thinking you've done right, when clearly you've done...
