Most of these sites have debug units to run review code so that excuse is not valid.
Not sure what options 360 debug units have. They may not have HDMI at all unless they were changed out for newer versions.
I think we played it for 6 hours the first time through.
It's challenging to rack up enough points/pain to unlock all the trophies and modes.
It's just mindless fun. Give your brain a rest and play it.
and we get no games as a result of it. I don't think many gamers get the connection.
Support your favorites or be prepared to lose them.

I'm not saying real fanboys don't get caught in their webs, but they're definitely only there to make Sony look bad.
If you look in the user comments of the 599 sit...
I think our brains know the difference between death and returning to a save point to start again.
Anyone remember that? And the sales for Mario games were massive back then - much more than today.
This should have been brought up in the other reviews including GameSpot.
Too bad I don't game much on my PC anymore.
but I'm going to give the final game a chance. Games can improve between demo and gold release.
I'm hoping they restore some of the old burnout feel for the crashes. Something is not right about it, just not sure what.
Maybe it just takes a bit of getting used to.
...and various fanboys of either color.
Everyone else has had a great time with these.
Although they don't get much credit for the shooting and cover mechanics.
Gears gets the credit for bringing the combo together and Uncharted tweaks it a bit more.
Any 3rd person shooter from here on that fails to do as well will get slammed severely for it and rightly so.
I'm interested in seeing how FPS's like KZ2 will handle it and hope Resistance 2 adds it in as well.
They're just stating opinion. The truth will not be told anytime soon.
Then I got to *actually* see the film on DVD and I didn't care anymore.
My expectations were too high maybe.
I thought Prime and the other Autobots would be the hard-ass John Wayne types of the old series and comics. They were neutered in this version and reduced to comic relief.
No big guns, no power punches, no anything.
Maybe next time.
but I do agree with the rating for R&C.
If the reviewer has the experience, they can tell what's worth playing and what isn't even if they don't like the game itself.
Poor gameplay mechanics and technical issues will be apparent in any case.
It is also possible to personally like a game that's total crap. I have a few of those in my collection :-)
It's worth $10.00 IMO.
edit
if it gets all the old Mario/Zelda/Metroid content.
I have no use for Wii-mote based games though. Classic NES/SNES and CG contollers for me.
The reviewer has a serious bug up his @ss that's all :-)

Much longer than five minutes to render a raytraced scene with fur/hair, reflections and refraction. Much much longer.
Gears borrowed the cover mechanic from Killswitch and Uncharted borrows from both.
but, I wouldn't recommend it for kids because of the "Hot oral Sex" joke on the "Hotel Coral Essex" sign.
Also, if the kid is a bit sensitive, seeing the characters getting injured could be traumatic for them. It depends on the child.
I personally think the game is hilarious and challenging too if that's what you need.
