Well, that's the kind of service you get from a company that was voted Worst Company in America before. Yet, EA continues to try to convince everyone that they give out quality products and services. If people are having trouble with your game, don't threaten them with account banishment just because they want a refund. Actually help them EA! It's not that difficult to do.

Speaking as someone who does reviews on N4G, I think that reviews should hold some merit, but on two fronts. The first front is that of the reviewer. A reviewer should always be as honest as they can. Even if the game they were waiting for turns out to be a buggy/unplayable mess, then the harsh truth needs to be heard.

The second front is that of the gamer. Gamers need to learn that while reviewers may not like a particular game that doesn't mean the gamer won't. Howe...

I nearly fell out of my chair laughing from that. The whole thing sounds like PC fanboys to the nth degree. And in response to DwightOwen, you are a classic example of PC fanboyism. Just read back to what you said and you'll see how immature and ridiculous you sound.

"YOU sir, are a hypocrite and broke-ass Sony fanboy. Your last several comments reveal as much."

Funny that, considering I've played Crysis 3 on my PS3 recently and it played an...

I'm not going to bite here. This is at best speculative. I want to see pictures tied to those names.

Ha! No way. I know what that EA representative said was completely asinine, but even if games did get that high in price, I sure as hell wouldn't buy them. With games already being 59 dollars and 99 cents, state tax jumps that up to a little over 64 dollars.

If games were ten dollars more as a retail price, you would be spending at least 75 dollars per game. That is ridiculous. Movies cost millions of dollars to make, but you don't see them making you pay twenty or th...

Nice choices. I have always wanted to do a list of the best video game openings. Not necessarily the beginning of the game itself, but rather the opening movie that plays while you are still at the main menu. There are many good ones. I think I'll do one eventually.

True. Best lists are all personal opinion. Their list was pretty good. The whole time I'm thinking, "Please don't have all sports games and first person military shooters." Thank goodness that wasn't the case.

For me, though, I have a lot of favorites, so I think (in no particular order) I will list ten games (a few franchises as well) that have done something different this generation. It would be that one element that separates this game from many othe...

Amazing he found that window in combat that you can exploit. I can't believe I never found that. It was still a good game, though. Lacking in characterization of the villains and on the short side, but still good.

It has been rather crazy with all of Cliffy B's recent quotes and ramblings. I totally agree with you, DragonKnight. There are vital differences between EA and Valve. All of which I think you nailed on the head.

It is also very true that if your company is seen as one of the worst companies around, then it's your own fault, not the consumers. Consumers don't get mad at companies for no reason (although granted sometimes those reasons might be stupid). Whatever EA ...

That...is so freaking cool! I can't wait for this game!

So long as shooters and sports games don't end up being over saturated on the PS4, I'm good. I hope Sony will really push for more role-playing games, action/adventure, and unique IPs. There are many ideas out there that I'm sure will have great potential in a next-gen console. It's up to developers to have the courage and spark to make those games come to life.

Spec Ops is better than any modern military first person shooter we have had in the past four years. This writer is missing the point completely and taking things out of context with the game. I think this game shows how juvenile and tiring the mainstream military shooters have become. Spec Ops offered a new experience of a military shooter that is headed by characterization.

The premise of the game is hell of a lot more original than these other modern military shooters. The...

I'm really excited to see what developers are going to be doing for the PS4. I'm also really glad that Sony has put such an emphasis on developers and consumers. I can't wait to hear more at E3.

Well, that was a pointless article. Former Nintendo fan over here is butthurt over the company trying to appeal to other consumers. Has this guy even played Xenoblade Chronicles, The Last Story, New Super Mario Bros U, or Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword?

They didn't forget their main audience. Nintendo merely added more accessibility to other people to enjoy their system. King of like how Microsoft tried with the Kinect (emphasis on tried) and how Sony is making the PS4 mor...

Move along, everyone. There is nothing to see here. Just another troll article about the PS4.

Another list like this? Man, can't writers ever think of an original list to publish anymore? N4G has seen this type of list at least five times with some similar choices in the passed few months. It's always either "Top 5 Franchises That Need to Die" or "Top 10 Franchises That Need to Go Away" or "Top 8 Franchises That Need a Break".

And of course, go figure that this writer has the same choices that other writers do. We have all seen Fi...

There are rude and ignorant gamers everywhere in terms of online gaming. Call of Duty, Halo, Team Fortress 2, League of Legends, and StarCraft II are just some examples of this. It doesn't matter which online game you're on, you are bound to run into an immature child or man-child.

It sucks that they get away with so much. They can yell any profanity and insult they want because they know there won't be any repercussions. Moderators need to step up and help keep g...

Yeah, it really is linear. It sucks so much because I was really hyped for this game. Good thing I paid attention to the review scores before hand. After renting it and playing it for myself, well, it's really bad (graphics, characters, AI, etc). I gave it a four out of ten on here. Gearbox really screwed up big time.

Skeptical gamer is skeptical. We shall see this week for sure, though. *looks on in uncertainty at Gearbox*

Those were some good games that he had listed for giving good emotion without relying on heavy graphics. Journey, The Walking Dead, and Spec Ops: The Line were all great games and at that great games that had great emotional points. Each of them hit each note right with great gameplay elements.

It's like I say, graphics don't solely make good games. In the case of graphics needing to provide good emotion, I disagree with it. Good writing and voice acting help convey t...
