MS could buy both Nintendo and Sony if they wanted to. I'm surprise Apple has not made an attempt to buy either or since I've rumors about them getting back into the gaming business.

That makes the most sense, Sony upscalers has always lagged behind MS. I tried The Last of Us on the PS3 in 1080I and talk about a blurry mess. Well I guess I don't know but do the PS3 or PS4 have hardware upscaling? Or is it all done in software?
I thought it was not my eyesight, I started seeing articles saying the PS4 version looks way better than the XB1. Checked the videos and screenshots and got to wondering what the hell are people talking about looks way better? PS4 version looked washed out and blurry, DF capture of the XB1 made it look worse with black crush and it still looked slightly better than the PS4 version.

DS3, and DS 2 all depends what type of games you are playing. I hated it for FPS games, probably will hate the DS4, never fan of Sony's thumb sticks placement. Or pretty any game that required the use of both thumbsticks almost always at the same time. On the positive side DS top triggers are the most ideal placements compared to their competitors.
Same, probably video card driver related issues. While BF4 played nice using Nvidia 331.65 drivers for about 2 hours.On the other hand Tomb Raider crashed after 20 minutes using 331.65, first time that game has crashed to desktop since the 316 drivers. Probably will go back to 320.18 drivers since that one was rock solid with no crashes at all for months.
I get sick of seeing this crap, the last consoles, we only need 1 next gen box, ect. The only way I can see this happening is if MS decided hell the with Nintendo and Sony, buy out both companies and release Wii PlayBox 360 in 2018. Actually that might be pretty cool to see Kratos vs Zelda, Master Chief Vs Rico, Kirby vs Little Big Planet characters.
Hotdamn, I'm only expecting $90 when I trade in my PS3. Hmm, if I trade in both with all my games my store credit might be just over $300, probably will just drop that last two hundred and pick up both.
Trading in my PS3 after I get my PS4, keeping my X360 until I buy the XB1 in late December/mid January. I wish both consoles were backward compatible, hot garbage there not. Oh well I have 17 PS3 games, and 37 X360 to trade in, should be enough to pick up a new subwoofer from Best Buy.
I'm with you on this, I don't know what everybody is looking at but the XB1 does have better textures, and lightening while the PS4 AA is much better. I don't even think XB1 has AA enabled, looks very jaggy, but besides that people saying it looks way better needs their glasses checked or are just trolling. Yeah my GTX 670 can already give both the PS4 and XB1 the business. Looking at AMD 290X or 290 for my future upgrade, just waiting on manufactures to come out with better heatsinks, good lord those cards get hot.
Even so I have the PS4 on pre-order and the XB1 I plan on getting early next year.Can't beat the exclusive contents both systems offer, just a shame Sony and MS went for power efficient instead of powerful chipsets.
I wouldn't say its dead yet, but Nintendo needs to get the ball rolling. Next E3 will make or break the Wii U, so Nintendo needs to show something interesting, something not seen before, and only available on their platform. Otherwise I can't see Nintendo supporting a system dead in the water going into year 3 or 4. They will be the first to announce a new next gen systems if dismal sales continues by TGS2015.
Not surprising, Ubisoft screwed this game last year with delays and porting it to X360 and PS3. We all know what's coming next, Ubisoft will release another statement threatening to pull support from the Wii U if Rayman Legends and AC 4 don't sell.

I can only see 4K gaming for arcade titles and remakes, triple A games I don't see that happening anytime soon since both next gen system appears to be somewhat weak. One of them is having problems displaying 1080P let alone 4K. 2nd issues everybody buying a new system today will be limited to 30hz with HDMI 1.3a/4 not having enough bandwidth to deliver 60hz at 4K for gaming. Nvidia actually had some serious drivers issues the past two years. Tomb Raider sucked on my GTX 670 for about two weeks, Need for Speed Most Wanted sucked for about a month both with random crashes to desktop, visual effects artifacts, and lack luster performance. Oh yeah Far Cry 3 had visual anomalies when turning on HBAO, and SSAO, made the graphics look cartoony or actually didn't turn on at all. That took months to fix, so I don't know if the game was patched or when I updated my...
Probably, dumb on MS part, X360 could have sold allot more. But yeah not even into first gen software already and Blu Ray is starting looking obsolete, at least the 50 GB version, especially with 4K content on its way as well.
That sounds about right, 2nd best in the series right behind RE Code Veronica, followed by RE 2 and RE 4. I did like Resident Evil Revelations demo, but I didn't see the point paying $50 for it. Heck still playing RE 6, which at times is hard to play with certain characters. The version I got included RE5, RECV, RE4, and the latest RE CG movie so it was a pretty good deal for $27 a couple of months ago. Probably the reason why RE 6 is at 5.2 million.
