Great observation. It really isn't feasible to do when all machines aren't connected. Even in the even that they were all connected, I think it'd be a bad idea.
I'm looking forward to Home but I don't want to HAVE to use it everytime I just want to go into a single player game.
Your opinion means very little here... EVERYONE is reporting that Heavenly Sword is far above average. And the Lair reviews have already been cleared up.
Seems to me that xbox owners have just been extremely jealous for the past month or two.
Uhhh, that's already happened.... Everquest! And The Agency already sounds like it will be a pretty intriguing MMO... definitely something fresh.
Anyway, this sounds like a pretty awesome idea. Looking forward to seeing how it shapes up.
Bioshock will be awesome. Warhawk will be greater than everything else you named and will be followed a week later by Lair and Heavenly Sword. I was in the beta for both Warhawk & Halo and spent more time playing Warhawk... Halo is a great game, so that's saying something.
So yes, this is living.
Warhawk, Lair, Heavenly Sword, GRAW 2, & Madden all coming out within a span of 2 weeks and you're trading your PS3 in b/c of Stranglehold! Lol, yea right... you don't even own a PS3.
What makes it more obvious is that there is an abundance of demos available on PSN right now with more on the way out. Quit faking.
Anyway, this delay is likely related to the optimizations being done to the Unreal Engine for the PS3. All in all, that should make it a better ga...
I'd like to play Mass Effect... but we'll be able to play that on pc within a year anyway. Also, no publisher has been announced yet on Mass Effect 2 & 3 guys... Microsoft does not own Bioware, so they COULD make the 2nd and 3rd games for whoever they wanted to. However, their PS3 game is an all new title from what they've said so far.
As for Too Human... why would anyone want to play that game?! Haven't you seen the gameplay vids?! GFX look good but the combat looks horrib...
Rag on the game all you want... I definitely hope that it comes to NA. If not, I'll import it... it definitely sounds like a unique concept and the gfx/art still looks clean enough to enjoy... it's just like the Disgaea games that came out on the ps2, they weren't pushing the system's gfx but the games were THE funnest rpg's on the system.
You obviously don't have too much experience w/ computers. Mac OS systems are far superior to Windows.... as is pretty much any flavor of Linux.
Windows is just the most popular. But it by far sucks the most.
Yea, I haven't played the demo personally... but from all of the gameplay vids I've seen. I can tell that the gfx aren't really next gen impressive. However, I'd probably still check this game out just for next genish Max Payne action.
Yea, burrying weapons sounds pretty cool. A simple idea that hasn't really been exploited before. Pretty awesome.
Yea, but I think they'll drop the price again b/c their sales spike is pretty lackluster compared to the one that Sony experienced... and the 360 is cheaper!
The sales will improve for Oct after the release of Halo. It's going to be the games that give the 360 a more steady momentum I think. And if they gain a more positive image for reliable hardware, that should help too.
But as the charts show... even without a huge increase in hardware sales... the 360 is sti...
Yea, I just don't think $50 is going to make a big difference either way. I think the 360 is going to see it's major sales spike when the holiday season rolls around... number one, due to the games and number two, I think they're likely to drop the price again.
But hey, at least they're getting close to the top 10 again.
Uhhhh... way to look on the bright side, lol. Unfortunately, it doesn't look as encouraging to the retailers that sell both formats.
Yea, I had heard that the hd-dvd would have additional features too. But as it turns out, the blu ray version also includes all the webisodes.
No surprise here. On a sidenote, I own the blu ray and it definitely is a must buy for anyone with a PS3! One of the best blu rays in my collection.
Well... this is bad news fore EVERYBODY! The beginning of the end of Ubisoft as a formidable game publisher.
But why are you having trouble recognizing the fact that they got a preview of the Gold build (with those issues already fixed) before releasing their article?
They reviewed the game based on a ONE YEAR OLD build... let's be for real. And then they gave inaccurate information that had nothing to do with opinion! Actual inaccurate facts! That's just unacceptable.
They stated that the sixaxis controls were accurate... just tiring to use. So I think it's more a case of them not being use to sixaxis use.
For those of us that took part in Warhawk... there were some that didn't like the sixaxis (and had the choice to use analogs instead). But personally, I just practiced and became a pro at it. All it takes is getting used to it! If Warhawk is an example, it's definitely funner to play using motion controls (in the air anyway... motion cont...
Yea, I'm looking forward to this game b/c the gameplay and story elements seem so good. But I'm really not impressed by the graphics and art design.... it has a weird 60's look to it... like a 60's version of the future. Still, I think it'll be a fun game.
