Once they revealed Dead Rising 3 as an Xbox One exclusive, I figured they would make Deep Down a PS4 exclusive, and then after a year or so, port the two to increase profits.

I'd say the core differences between PlayStation Plus and Games with Gold are quality and quantity, and currently, PlayStation Plus absolutely trumps Games with Gold on both.
This is obviously MS testing the waters for the future, while attempting to gain back a little lost ground due to their recent PR issues. How things end up down the road is anyone's guess, but as of today, Games with Gold isn't even in the same league as PlayStation Plus.
There is nothing technically broken about it, however, it is one of the harder maps to play, so a lot of people have a bad game or two there and say never again. The only real issue the map has is that it's fairly large, so if the teams happen to head away from each other too much it can bring down the action a bit.

Downtown is one of my favorite maps in multiplayer, because it feels so much less routine than the others. What I mean is, so many people have no early game plan on that map like they do the rest. I would rank The End from Metal Gear Solid 3 among the best boss fights in gaming. Not only can the fight provide a fun and challenging duel if you play it straight, but there are a handful of other ways to tackle the boss, even letting you take him out preemptively.

I was pleasantly surprised by Uncharted on the Vita considering ND didn't develop it. They just needed to ditch some of the touch gimmick stuff.
