I played it solo. Now after I reached lvl 30 I am going for the challenge missions and will play MP. The game is absolutely doable in solo and I have been driven by the loot system and re-building the base.
LOL, it almost looks like intended to make that awesome backflip as an outro :D
"I get you next time! So long!" *jumps*
If you cut R&D down and by only spending money on fixed X86 PC shelf parts (GPU+CPU+RAM) you could reduce the box price and still make some profit or have a small loss only (as currently).
It is the Steam Box idea only with one box releasing at a time every 2-4 years. It could work. I certainly would like to have shorter console cycles than 7 or more years...
The game looks awesome and they use elegant ways to make it look that good on Xbox One. End of story. Why all the negativity?
I don't see a reason for complaints.
I think we should wait for the more important review answers:
Is the game fun to play??!
They pretty much wanted to do that from the start but made a 180 when the gen started. We could have had gamesharing and digital game sales from the get go but people didn't really understand what MS tried to do and MS has been to incompetent to deliver their message correctly. Hence the outcry at the beginning with the focus on "always online"...
Never played the beta myself and from the expereince of XBL friends who played the beta I got mixed impressions. Don't really know if the game would have been a success or if it was to fail.
I think, reading out of Phil Spencers quotes, that Lionhead blead out their talented devs over the years and the remaining team underdelivered and MS pulled the plug before the costs exploded further more.

Words of reason but yet you get lots of disagrees, says a lot about N4G...
Sometimes I got the feeling everyone on this page either has Sony or Microsoft stocks, looking on how invested people are on those unimportant numbers.
For real!!!??? I can not believe this :-o \s
Come on people who cares about numbers anymore???
Yes, I don't get it either that they do such things in 2016! Sometimes it really destroys the immersion of an otherwise gorgeous looking game....
I haven't experienced any major texture problems. The gfx are beautiful. The only thing that bugs me is the lame reflection in windows etc., as they do not display the scenery! Again, Ubi, after you already did it in Watchdogs?? On the bright side the reflection somewhat resembles what is before the glas and not always the same picture as in Watchdogs, lol .
If you read Phils comments with what we know today, it makes sence. His evasive statements suggest that the game didn't meet expectations:
"it's been in beta for a while, and we're watching the engagement numbers. The thing around Legends that I'm committed to is I want to make sure its release matches the expectations in terms of quality that our customers deserve. So it's not about releasing something because it's on a poster, because there was ...
It is no abandoning, it is looking at the bigger picture. Microsoft gaming is what MS is focussing on, not only the console space. Unifying their target market. Most people have a console or PC, so there is no huge interference by improving the PC experience and creating an easy to use, cross-buy, cross-play and cross-save gaming ecosystem. It is a huge step forward for gaming on Windows 10 devices.
There won't be any more Xbox exclusives, just Microsoft gaming exclusives!Looking at the Microsoft gaming division this step is logically the right step.
Microsoft wants to use PC and console synergy and strengthen its position overall. I love the direction they are heading!
You either play the games via Win10 store on PC or via console. More choice for gamers and bigger target market for MS.
An open UWP is a good plan for Microsofts future. I really like the direction their are heading. If you want to, you can go an all MS ecosystem with universal apps and cross buy. For me personally a big win. It is like Apple but more open to other eco systems.
Yes, you depend on a Win10 core device but that is crucial to build an ecosystem: a base software core allowing for easy transitions of apps between different HW specs.
DX12 is an important tool for MS to unify ...
I don't get all the fuss. The game is still a console exclusive. Futher more a Microsoft platform exclusive which strengthens Microsofts position overall and is strategically the right step to immprove the MS gaming division!
The Coke CEO is a corporate guy with no interest in the product itself but the revenue it creates.
Phil is a gamer and he appreciates gaming in general. I like that about him. It gives him the freedom to focus on gaming overall and not on only some narrow aspects of it.
Hence the plans with unifiying Xbox and PC and the possibility of backward and forward compatible games with faster changing hardware.
As Xbox gamer and soon to be again PC gamer I am really glad with the direction MS is going by unifiying PC and Xbox. They belong together! Win10 Core on both systems and I already like the Win10 Xbox app. More synergy will improve the experience.
For the above mentioned games:
I can see it for Forza Horizon as PC is lacking a social arcade racer.
But without some improvements I don't see Forza Motorsports comming to PC. I love FM6 and it is a great sim ra...
The answer to the inventory might be here, lol:

LOL, what a stupid headline!!!
UC4 is a promissing game and I am sure it will be great but that has nothing to do with Xbox AT ALL! I don't get this fanboy BS...
That is why I said I played solo till lvl 30 and I will play the dailys and challenge missions in MP as they are too difficult to solo them. I just wanted to point out that you can play lone wolf till lvl 30 and have lots of fun with it. Sorry if that came out wrong in my first post.
