Liking the character models!
I was referring to MS with control over what the public sees. just LOOK at their Xbox marketing. Imagine if they cut their advertisement costs to a third of that? Or less?
See: brainwashing! (for god's sake don't Google it though...BING it!)
O_o

Blasto was friggin hard!
:O
That was funny. Also completely true.
I think I may buy a Wii as my Monster Hunter 3 gaming machine.
Annnnnnnd in case a Geist sequel springs onto the console. MH3 alone justifies the purchase of a Wii if it's anything like MHFU.
I got my copy of the ps2 Wizardry game right here. That damn graveyard!.... and its damn holes!.. grrrr. hahaha. Great game.
Read the review, it's a decent description.
This preview is Stupid. Shame on you mephman. They mention the depth of certain aspects of the gameplay, not the gameplay as a whole.
The gameplay is deeper than ANYTHING PRODUCED THIS GENERATION, and is unsurpassed. Do not underestimate this because it's a PSP game. The only parts mentioned in the review that lacks depth is the combos for the weapons. The combos were fine btw, you have a bunch of weapon types, and they all...
Just to respond to that bit about Nintendo's staged shortage, and Sony's price gouging.
Essentially they are doing the same thing. Nintendo's way was quicker, almost like a fad, a trend. Sony's is much slower, but permeates the minds of consumers past the point of Nintendo's "shortage, then finally, ample supply (which we see now)" tactic.
People have been foaming at the mouth since the PS3's launch. Especially gamers who couldn't afford it at launch or eve...
I REALLY hope people do not buy it for PS3. SE needs to take a minute and see where their real console fanbase is. That sounds really fanboyish, but it's true. They had a huge amount of potential this gen, but pissed it away with their quest for Western market penetration.
They know who buys their games, I just don't think they cared enough to make their money the first time around (or maybe they did?). I didn't see SO4 propelling the xbox to unimaginable heights in America OR ...
have you ever seen the episode of South Park where Bono is in it, and he ALWAYS has to be #1 in everything?
THAT is MS incarnate.
Eaten by Google?
No idea. I would guess MS as the bigger money maker. They seem to have a lot more of it to throw around than any of their competitors. In ANY sector. Taking over an industry by using only their Benjamins Cannon could be considered a science fair project for MS.
The "analog stick" was around back when Nintendo was still running hotel chains. Ok, maybe not THAT long ago (was it actually that long ago? idk)... But yeah, those joysticks you see? If someone decided to jam one into a control pad, would you call them a genious? I wouldn't, I'd call them a competitor, and only slightly imaginative.
As far as the general public is concerned, Xbox will be the only home console in North America (US), the Zune will be the only MP3 player, and Bing will be the only search engine anyone uses (if they have bing.. what happens to yahoo? Sheep to the slaughter I suppose).
I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens after they swallow google whole.
A worthy substitute fro wii/360 only gamers. Looks fine. Looks like GOW through and through, but it still looks pretty hot. If you like games like GOW, DMC, or Ninja Gaiden, you should love this.
Did everyone react like this when the original GoW came out? Was it all like: "OMG, DMC CLONE NOBODY PLAY IT IT'S A RIPOFF! LOOKS KINDA LIKE SHINOBI TOO!"?
Maybe everyone did? Regardless, GOW ended up being a big hit, and it too could have also be confused with a p...
Screw them. I'll buy it used. For CHEAP. Wasn't picking up MW2 anyway, but still. That ridiculous. I hope it's so bug-ridden and they go out of business. Activision is poison.
Edit:
Yeah, that was a LITTLE extreme, huh. Really though, who would miss them? You? You? You? Or you? See! Nobody. ghahahah..
Alright I'm outta here. Must be boycott season or something.
Honestly though. Take a look at the amount of patches our games receive nowadays.
you might want to add an "IMO" at the end of that statement. I think that's what you meant.
I believe this.
I don't think MS is going to hang around this gen for as long as Sony plans to, and they KNOW what happens where you are first to the market. I'm predicting that Bungie will start on the "720's" Halo game after Reach. With the original Xbox and the 360, MS knows they need Halo influence/presence the whole way through their console's life cycles. This means that Reach will be either released, and then dragged along by updates and patches until the 360 is ...
I doubt one person would muscle them into giving out money inconveniently. Isn't there something in place that normally prevents mass manufacturing & selling of machines known to break?
Don't unstable products USUALLY GET RECALLED? I suppose it counted towards their total sales, and that's the important thing. 30 million sold, 20 million currently functioning. That's accurate, right?
