Ok, well me and my 4 friends played it and agreed with the issues we had, you guys disagree, so that is fine.

@eon never played the other so just judging based on itself as an independent title.

@purp I have no problem doing well in the game, just think the coop sucks. Good job on the cliche "get gud" comment though, so thoughtful...

If you like it, fine, I think it is a mess.

Honestly, there is no reason that it should have sold so well IMO, it is a very unpolished game, and you cannot even do coop properly for of the assigned missions. It makes one player play 90% through before you can even join, so 3 people just wait for 20 minutes while the other guy tries to get all the cut-scenes to trigger, then have a 4 minute fight. Half of the monsters can stun you, by roaring, with no way to dodge and almost no animation to warn you and you just get stuck there, dying 5...

@fonger "this only compares the data to the US"

I gave a literal link showing 10 EU countries with higher mass shooting rates than US, all of which have stricter gun laws and some of which have gun bans.

Switzerland and Sweden have high gun ownership rates also, yet have the lowest gun crimes in the world, despite having more lax or similar laws on gun ownership. So if gun ownership and availability is the problem what gives there?

@not a chance, I meant to type legally, my point was they went through background checks and a licensed dealer and still got the guns. Meaning background checks cannot catch everyone. Sorry for the typo. Though the article was the one I meant to link.

@brian, I did not say every member has done the training, I said they do training courses, including for people not in the NRA, not sure how that makes my point "fall flat....."

"I get it, the...

@sgt slaughther, no I used the CDC report as data, just happened to be hosted on CNS, does this direct link to the source make you feel better?

You know you have a crappy argument when you can't reply to anything I have said, and have to whine about a link, despite not reading it.

I blame neither. I think Trump is an idiot for blaming games, and I think others are idiots for blaming the NRA when the NRA is responsible for training and informing citizens on proper gun use, storage and maintenance, simply because they support gun ownership. The NRA is the reason for less gun deaths, not more, and no mass shooter (or even a known gun homicide) has been committed by an NRA member.

For instance, 500k-3million people protect themselves with firearms each y...

So stupid to blame games for crazy people despite crazy people being around well before games.....

Just shows noone can take or give personal responsibility to anyone anymore.

The people blaming the NRA are equally stupid though, just noone able to understand basic reality, that murder is already illegal and that no law is going to stop people who want to break it and are already breaking laws as is. If it were, then noone would do drugs, as they are all ...

This title is extremely misleading to begin with, most companies have debt that are this large and have similar structure. They do this because they expect growth. They will invest large sums on developement, research and investments, then get returns when the products release.

Activision for example will recoup easily with the followijg:
1. When they release the games being developed that are causing the debt (heck COD alone for the next 2 years probably more than...

Honestly, I call BS, most people could care less, in fact, I would say the ones whining are less than 1%, and they are clearly stupid. These game devs have every right to make a game with the story/characters that they think fit best.

I am not a fan of people who want to shoehorn in female characters or certain races just because of "diversity," (and frankly the opposite view is just as stupid, claiming making women characters is wrong) but I am all for a game whe...

@rain yes, 80 of mass shootings are done with illegally owned guns.

Also, may I add, out of all those 10 paragraphs, I did not see one suggestion on what can be done to change the issue, hence my claim your position (like most) is just grandstanding.

To be clear, if you have a good suggestion, I am all for it, but a bump stock ban and repeating "background checks" over and over (that are already required) are not fixes, they literally change nothing.

@rain "Obtaining one should not be easy, and all due diligence should be done before allowing someone to obtain them."

Sure explain what law should be passed that would have stopped ANY of these shooters. As stated, 80% of mass shooters (and more similarly of all shootings) are by people who cannot legally own guns as is, but, let us ignore that. What is the thing we should add to ensure due dillegence? A double background check?

I mean, conside...

@OB1 is is not different at all, not to mention I gave multiple reasons for my thoughts besides even just that. I will say though, you claiming it is different, just isn't true, mass shootings are almost all committed by terrorists, and I don't just mean radical islamists, I mean that their intent is to terrorize those who they are attacking, very few are completely random.

I did not divert anything though, my point was people who want to break the law still will, r...

Yea, mass shootings are the NRAs fault. Despite the NRA paying for proper training and use of guns by owners and reducing accidental discharges/injury and the fact that no NRA member has EVER been the shooter in any of these events....

As I said below, guns are illegal in Paris, yet that didn't stop a few people from coming in with AKs and grenades and killing hundreds, and also did not stop the hundreds who have died in multiple truck killings in europe where guns are ...

Yea. If only we made drugs illegal, noone would use them.

Or if we made murder illegal, noone would use them.

Or if we made running people over illegal noone would do that.

Oh, those things are all illegal and it doesn't stop the people who want to break those laws? Odd.

Oddly, in countries that ban guns almost entirely (lile France, specifically paris) we had people go in with AKs and grenades and kill hundreds, ...
