He knows how to play to the crowd, even though these are things that shouldn't have been an issue, at least he's making it known that he's not ignoring it.
whether EA improves or not under his charge, I will say that the man's enthusiasm is contagious, and that's certainly better than nothing. He better make good though, because talk is cheap, and too many people have lost their patience with EA.
You think corporations look to the critics as a measurement for green-lighting sequels? I certainly hope not. If they did, BGE may have had a sequel. Critical acclaim CAN help sales, but ultimately, regardless of how they happen, it IS the sales from the CONSUMERS that matter.
The critics can hate games like Dynasty Warriors all day long(I actually agree with them on this one), but that game will still get sequels because enough people like it.

that it's gonna get ripped apart in the first 3 months or so, and rightfully so, since um...NOBODY has support for it yet(to my knowledge). People will enjoy it though, give it chance(do we have any other choice?), and it will become robust and unique by the end of the holiday season.
I certainly hope I'm wrong, but either way, I'll try to have fun with it.

You can say the A.I. sucks, that's your opinion, and some will agree, some won't.
What you CAN'T truthfully say is that the PS3 won't be able to deliver adequate A.I. by the time the game is done. Why?
I can run F.E.A.R. on a 3.0 Ghz Pentium 4 that's why, and that 2 year old game STILL has better A.I. than any shooter I've seen released since.
