Considering you already own your 360, which I'm sure you're perfectly content with...rather than playing it, or discussing how you like or are looking forward to a certain game...you search for something PS3 just to spend your time degrading Sony...AGAIN. Wow.
Being a neutral gamer has nothing to do with what you can afford, it's all in what you like. You can buy a 360 and that's it, but still like the hardware, features, and games on Wii and PS3, being a fanatic doesn't have to be synonymous with owning a single system. I for one plan on owning a PS3, MAYBE another system down the road, but you can take it to the bank that I like the games and features of all 3 next gen systems.

360 fanboys already have their system, which by their definition is usually the perfect system made by a company that never lies and can do no wrong. As far as HALO-esque active camo, there was an RTS by Blizzard called Starcraft, came out nearly a decade ago, great game, which had cloaking before HALO came out, just FYI. Not saying it was the first, but don't say they're stealing from HALO when HALO wasn't the originator...
Actually...it kinda does, and here's why:
An FMV is like a recorded movie, you CAN'T just go in and adjust the camera whenever you want, that would be the equivalent of watching Family Guy and stopping it to move the camera around...it just doesn't work that way....if you still don't believe me, try for yourself. Go download any movie file and see how successful you are at rotating the camera.
You know, for the longest time, all you've done is bash Sony, claiming lies, unnecessary extras, sub-par games, too expensive, etc. Now though, when they actually change something, which could be universally regarded as a good thing, you complain STILL? Warhawk is at 50...? Isn't it a launch title? Maybe they ran into some troubles. The rest sound on point though, I'm looking forward to all but golf, Coded Arms, and Eye of Judgement.
But this one just changed my mind. I've loved the screens, and the trailer is spectacular, and I found myself questioning whether it was FMV or not, but It has to be in game, based on the particle effects and the fire alone. Those effects are damn good, but in an FMV they would be more polished, so this is without a shadow of a doubt the real McCoy IMO. Add another one to my future PS3 library :)
I'll agree with you about RPGs, it's not much of an issue having to switch discs in RPGs, theyre long and progressive enough for it to not affect the experience, that makes perfect sense. There are other game genres it would affect though.
Think about a fighting game. Would you want to switch discs on a fighter to play another half of the roster of characters? I don't care to what degree you don't mind switching discs, that would be nothing short of ridiculous. A sports title. ...
The Wii seems as if it will be the most immersive of all 3 next-gen systems, and the most user-friendly. I'll admit, while I underestimated it a great deal at first, the features, games, and services have changed my mind. I'll most definitely be getting one of these, but one drawback I think is the several controllers/attachments, that would get annoying having to buy several different controllers, for different people and games. I've been keeping an eye on this one, as I'm sure many have, and I think it will turn out being a stellar title. The videos I've seen make the gameplay look like a lot of fun, and I don't the "stop and pop" system is all you have to use, as Marcus frequently uses his shotgun on enemies, so I doubt it will be another Kill.switch. Good looking title, I'd love to play it.
I'm not exactly tech savvy, but I've been taking in what I can about the Cell, it seems pretty interesting. Most of what I read continuously refers to the Cell as an architecture, so with that in mind, would it be possibly to configure the PPE and SPE's in a manner to which they would be suitable for general purpose processing, while using the same architecture, or is it a cut-and-dry processor, with no possible alternatives to the way in which the PPE's and SPE's are designed?
