Yeah, I notice it, it's a conscious decision. Reason being is that they are the ones who need to get a clue, and otherwise I do it in the hopes that they don't mislead anyone else with their BS. Make sense? Didn't think so.
In your particular case, just thought I'd let you know that what you're saying makes no sense and less and less people are listening. The rest of us are elevating beyond this petty crap. It's high time that you do also. It is your prerogative though, so do w...
you trolls are really running out of material.
Only in a delusional mind such as those of you and your cohorts could you rationalize things such as this to spell doom and gloom. Always considering only what supports your firmly asserted stance and never looking at more than one side of the story.
You might wanna quit while you're ahead, because folks like you are looking more and more foolish to gamers everywhere with each passing week. More people are satisfied ...
and don't post a response. YOU of all people should know that you can't get through to a troll...what with your illustrious history of the act on this site.
What you responded to hardly said a word, yet you chose to get butthurt and spin it into some system wars crap. Nobody even mentioned your name, yet you still CHOOSE to be offended and lash out. Pointless. You have a problem with trolls? Well then don't be a hypocrite and feed them, makes you just as bad.
Grow up, you take stuff WAY too personally.
That's rough.
The 360 was never marketed as or meant to be an HD movie player. It doesn't use them for games and you can't view the movies without and add-on.
Who it might mean something for are those who bought the add-on, but regardless, it still won't have any detrimental effects on the 360.
I can't imagine these folks have theirs on quite that much though. This may be their job, but like any other, it has specific hours, and I doubt they leave their machines on after hours.
Personally, I do have my PS3 on 24/7, but that's for folding purposes. I don't buy into the "it's a computer!" propaganda, but I have to admit that it's been about as reliable as one in this regard. I certainly HOPE it doesn't fail as a result of this, but again, it is a possibility. ...
these are first hand accounts of a distinct issue. This sort of thing can be proven with hard evidence. Every little thing you just listed truly is inflammatory and beyond that it's entirely SUBJECTIVE. Don't try to play the high and mighty because all of that crap you just listed is exactly what you're supposedly against.
Yeah, this RRoD thing is largely a thing of the past, but if you really have a problem with it, talk to Microsoft. No matter how aggravating this thing gets,...
Fighters are dying, be they 2d or 3d.
Personally, I'd love for 2d fighters to have a resurgence...a real resurgence, with a plethora of quality games that include detailed, high-res production values that rival contemporary animated films/anime.
Doubt it will happen though, Guilt Gear is as close as we'll come.
2D fighters also seem to possess a certain flair with their animations that I have yet to see 3D games replicate just yet. Even the DBZ gam...
Diablo I and II absolutely rocked, but after a while, they both(ESPECIALLY 2) became a redundant treasure hunt. Problem was that by the time you got whatever you were looking for, you were too god-like for anything to compete with you anyway, even in the cow level. It became pointless, and left me feeling very empty when I finally decided to quit.
Beyond the awesome upgrade and customization the franchise is famous for, they should expand upon the challenges and multiplayer act...
I agree with you there. As of right now, they only have themselves to blame for certain games not selling platinum.
It's sad, too, I love Uncharted, and it's the type of game that's accessible enough to where I'd think many others would enjoy it also. Kinda hard when there's no exposure though, internet buzz can only do so much.
I also hope they don't carry that attitude with Killzone 2. Yeah, the entire online community knows about the game, but ask anyone else ...
I'm sure Gears will make an appearance, it's a bit overdue by now. Personally I think they've been a bit too silent about it, but then again, they probably didn't want to steal anybody's thunder last year(Halo, Bioshock, Mass Effect, etc.)
more interactive foliage. Every piece of green ANYTHING Drake clips right on through as if it were his imagination. This is exactly why the fools that say this game matches Crysis are just that...FOOLS.
Let the leaves, bushes, and trees sway and react when you walk through them. With that in mind, open up the levels a little more and add some varying paths. Sneaking through bushes and dodging the villains. You could sneak around some, but it was very limited. Uncharted was a b...
"The _reports coming out_ are that Jade Empire 2 is currently in development as an exclusive game for the Microsoft Xbox 360.
The news is coming from The Mercury News’ Dean Takahashi as he stated that _he knows someone_ who saw code for Jade Empire 2."
This is sure to get legions that think this is official though.
For the record, I think it's a possibility, but it's high time that we stop taking these apocryphal sources seriously.
but I'm not quite sold on what I'm seeing just yet. Even if they don't/can't get the art style of the trailer down, they MUST get the fluidity of the animations and the cloth physics. I see zero cloth physics in what little there is of the gameplay. It seemed to add a certain flair to the teaser if you ask me, and the lack of it makes the characters seem more lifeless and static.
In any case, I still hope the final product will be good so this definitely has a blip on my radar....
PLEASE MARKET THIS GAME, SONY AND QD.
I don't care for popular opinion, but I hate seeing a potentially great franchise unrealized because of commercial failure.
One of the things I've always loved about Blizzards games is that they've never been taxing on the hardware. Somehow they always manage to squeeze meticulously detailed visuals out of their games though. I'm still in awe of how fantastic the original looks. It's 2D, yeah, but it's incredibly detailed for what it was.
I think both consoles support M/KB, so why not? The whole "controls won't work" thing doesn't cut it anymore, BUT I can see market penetration being an i...
Things change. Deal with it.
The Tales series is quality and fun all around.
Those of you that still have your PS2's, I'd suggest picking up Tales of the Abyss. One of the best RPGs that rounded out the previous gen.
This is one of my most anticipated. In fact, more so than FF13.
Why does it matter? They both have ample install bases, both have a diverse and plentiful library of games, and the networks take a different approach and will cater to different audiences.
I've come to realize that these two consoles are different enough to where they don't really need to overtake one or the other. Who gives a sh*t, really, what effect does it have on anyone?
