I do like the idea of a 'real' board to control the snowboarding on the Wii, but it'll most likely be another gimmick thing.
I think these games aren't as fun as they used to be for some reason. When you have something like Pure, which combines racing with stunts, then everything else that involves stunts etc. seems a bit lackluster.
I think the problem is that those who are loudest are heard. People then assume that they represent the whole group.
Some fans of football teams do something stupid and then it seems to reflect poorly on all the fans of that team.

Oh, I don't know, I liked both. I wonder how the "Gears of War"-type controls will work. If we get a choice, will people play classic style or GOW style the most?
I loved RE4 and got it for GCN, PS2, and Wii. I wanted all the storylines and all the gameplay they could throw at me. I bought all the old ones for GCN again too.
I really hope RE5 is that exciting again, even though it is a new generation!

Well MGS4 would be my PS3 choice too. I think it's almost unanimous, unless there's some big LBP fans?
Well to be fair a lot of them are multi platform games. PS3 did have MGS4, and it was fantastic, though not perfect by any means. I'm not sure if Resistance 2 would be GOTY, unless you are multiplayer focused.
No matter what, it's been a fantastic year for games on PS3 AND 360. Next year should be great too with some of the titles that have been announced.
I think people who really played with it for a lot of time trying things out could really get into it, but for me I just couldn't get excited.
I want Silicon Knights to get back to Eternal Darkness. Now that was a game...
Yeah I hate those loading screens that don't let you know how long you have until it is done. Actually I hate long loading screens full stop. Smoking Snake or not....
I hate when games use artificial ways to lengthen their games like having to go back through levels or massive spawning points.

What a load of fanboy rubbish. Until the PS3 really puts something out there that proves the whole Blu Ray is better thing (and even MGS4 and Uncharted, which are top notch games with great graphics don't prove this), just give up will you?
I have yet to play a PS3 game (and yes I have a PS3) that blows 360 games out of the water "because Blu Ray is better". Utter drivel.
