Would buy these again if they only add the option to reverse the L/R camera.
Just finished God of War 3 and you can't fight atop the giant God Giai without remembering Shadow of the Colossus.
I played SofC two years ago starting in December - fighting one colossi each night leading up to Christmas. It felt like a ritual, which suits the atmosphere of the game perfectly. Good times.
I can't decide between "Up Your Arsenal" and "Crack in Time." Both are so freakin' great!!!! It's like choosing between two hot playmates. Haven't played Going Commando yet... release this SOny!
"Twisted Metal: Black Online" for PS2 is the only one I played and it didn't have single player, except for bots.
Sorry if you're joking.. but it's single player DLC.
I tried online once so far.. was kindof cool. You're all splicers a Big Daddy suit hidden on the level somewhere. My splicer has no upgrades so was searching for the suit when I found a bot and hacked it for some help. Will try again after finishing the game. (just got it last week)
idk, $5 is a good price. will check it out when it's released.
Those adds were ridiculously lame. One showed a hipster guy hooking up with his ex for the day and then coyly hints that you might not want to share everything you do. What a creepy message for a social phone.
Haven't heard those rumors but yeah, it would certainly be interesting - like the iPhone and iPod touch. I always thought the nGage was a good idea but horribly executed.
What's really going to chap Sony's hide is when the 3DS makes a killing on most of the existing PSP library.
Yeah... it's fantastic! I don't complete too many DS games but this one was over so fast - the time just flies by. Love the weapon variety and all the different ways to play. And the level editor is pretty slick. Here's a link to a Bangai-O level design contest where you can download all the contest entries: http://ds.ign.com/articles/...

is it commercial free?
This is such a great idea I hope all games offer pay-per-levels from now on.
It's great for gamers since we will try out many more games & different types of games. We save lots of money on games that don't keep our interest. GTA IV comes to mind.
Good for developers since we are more likely to pay for a few chapters of a lot more games, thereby giving smaller budget games a better chance and also allow for more creative attempts.
You guys can joke all you want but at $200 I'll be getting one for the house and one for the office. (not really)
Anyone know where to buy PS3 parts? Like the internals of the DualShock3? Thanks.
Great review... thanks!
Exactly. Release all your failure reports and then your assurances that things have improved mean something. Until then, STFU!
How do you know when a Microsoft representative is lying?
A 2nd stick would accomplish that. ;)
That's what I'm hoping for. 3DS will obviously be successful without it but with two, it opens up additional game types that aren't very satisfying without two.
They weren't as necessarily on the DS since it's not really powerful enough for fast, 3D action games. But the 3DS is, like the PSP now, so I would love a 2nd stick.
Ordered this today and am really looking forward to playing. Looks sort of like an action oriented Indigo Prophecy. Definitely looks unique and interesting.
