Anyone with a 360 should try one of the most overlooked and best 360 racing games ever: Race Pro.
Realistic physics, competitive online racing (all cars in the same class are even), ridiculous number of tuning options - an absolute gem if you enjoy simulation style racing. You can probably pick it up for $5-$10 used.
N4G should add "Sony Fanboy" and "Xbox Fanboy" to the bubble vote options then let us filter them out so we never have to read their pathetic crying anymore.
Also, don't count the votes of people who're consistently voted to be fanboys. Would dramatically improve this site.
I predict $279. That price is justifiably higher than 3DS yet you can easily see the value. $300 seems too high.
Initially thought they would price it at $250 because they've grown tired of getting beaten on price from the DS, and also it would really drive the point home that the NGP is a much better value if they are the same price.
Only problem with that strategy is at $250 the 3DS has a lot of room to cut prices where the NGP probably doesn't.
Yeah I disagree most with Motorstorm being on the list. He needs to remember it was a launch title when there weren't many games to choose from. Motorstorm showed what the PS3 could do and is still a fun game, and still looks great.

The amount of times that I’ve been attempting to make difficult jumps and someones just grabbed me and thrown me into some hazard is unreal, or when we all climb a really complicated tower or set piece only to reach the top and have some sackdouche turn around and throw us all off. It drives me fucking insane.
One things for sure, the PSP2 is much more desirable than the PSP. Just being the first major portable with dual sticks gets me very excited. I'll buy both of them this time.
Just need to know more information before deciding on which one to buy at launch and which one to wait for the 'lite' version.
At $250, I think Sony will be more aggressive this time and match the 3DS price. They will both be $250.
Agree that LBP has floaty controls. However in LBP2's defense you can add physics suits to your sackboys to change the default physics, so that should 'fix' this problem. At least I hope so since I'll probably buy this anyways just to try out the awesome level creator.
Besides, even if I don't end up liking it I'm happy to support Media Molecule for making such a creative game - just like I did the first one.
$60 games started with the launch of the 360. Even 2K Sports games are $60 even though they were 40-50% less than EA Sports games before the 360.

Though while GoW1 is a fantastic achievement for its time, GoW2 is a perfect example of lazy uninspired development.

Let's face it, your game must suck balls not to make it on the top 50 of the year. That being said Vanquish missed the boat but Final Fantasy XIII somehow snuck its sorry ass on there.
Yep... didn't know too much about it when ordering except for all the good recommendations and that it's by Platinum Games, but for $10 it's no risk at all. After reading about it while waiting am really excited to finally play. It looks sooooo fun! Sometimes anticipation is nearly as fun as the real thing, haha.
Loved the first Lost Planet and multiplayer was surprisingly fun. However the reviews for LP2 were really bad. Demo was only mediocre. I'd buy it for $5.99 though, haha.
Overall I've never seen the price of new games drop so fast as they have the last year. It's good to be a gamer! :)
