What PS+ fans don't understand is that XBL fans buy XB Live for the online services and stability of those services. These things are less visual and less tangible to measure but, XBL is known in general to be more stable than PSN.

From a technology perspective Kinect is probably one of the most advanced devices on the planet. They took motion gaming to a whole new level. The meer fact the think worked decently in many games is kudos for MS.
From a games perspective I'm sure Kinect Sports Rivals and D4 will justify Kinect nicely.
I don't see why they have to justify it though. If you don't want Kinect then don't buy an MS console.

All I have seen since buying my X1 is games... If that is ruining the generation then I want it to be ruined some more... Whining about DRM, the power of the device, and the cloud is just plain living in the past.
Ryse, DR3, Forza 5, Killer Instinct, Powerstar Golf, Halo Spartan Assault, Peggle 2, Max the Curse of Brotherhood, PvZ Garden Warfare, and in two weeks Titanfall!

What other exclusives are worth buying on PS4?

You have a choice of Knack or Shadowfall as the only retail exclusives on PS4...

But, I do admit the downloadable exclusive Resogun rocks! Resogun > KShadowfall + Knack!
Ryse and Shadowfall are in two very different game settings.
I don't like to see comparisons between them.
But, both look freakishly realistic! As I played both games I often stopped after clearing areas and went hunting for graphical shortcuts and flaws. I could find none in either game.
People seem to buy consoles based on company policies, game resolution, and price now. So, Sony has nothing to worry about.
Games really don't matter anymore.
I don't know why they just don't get the Rambo game from arcades, put it on consoles, and ship it with a light gun!

Europe had over a million sales of PS4 in 24 hours, same in North America...

I don't care if MS owns XBox or not. I would've still bought the X1. Same with Sony on the PS4, I would've still bought it... And same with my Nintendo and the Wii U...
I like achievements, but I do not go out of my way to get achievements that destroy the game. When I am done with a game, I don't care what my completion percentage is... I care more that it tracked the progress I made with the game and it is permanently on my gamertag.
Same with trophies on PS devices. I don't have a single platinum but have played over 200 games. I don't care about platinum trophies. I only care about the record of the progress I was willing t...
