I feel like the words underrated and Zelda shouldn't be in the same sentence together.
Since EA signs his paychecks, they were kinda justified in their action. Very ignorant move on his part I have to say, as much as I hate defending EA for anything.
Lol not really... $31 x 24 months adds up to a bit more than just paying for ultimate by itself. It's actually a little bit cheaper in the long run if you don't factor in any kind of sale prices or whatever, but you are definitely paying for the console.
Not at all underappreciated. First two got very high praise, and the third one had mixed reviews because it was easily the worst in the series.
Yeah vanillaware has made some great games, and I love their art style. But the gameplay when it comes to battles in this game has deflated all the hype I had for it. I was hoping for some Odin Sphere with mechs type gameplay.
Sure, it's lost a ton of it's popularity now, but let's not forget how huge overwatch was when it launched. Everyone loved it, and it did win game of the year after all.
That's kinda what Darksiders is. At least the first one.
Yeah code vein never looked like it would be on par with a fromsoft game to me, but I'd have to say Nioh was an amazing souls like game that didn't come from fromsoft.
Nintendo price drops aren't the same as other platform price drops. If it's a release from this year you won't see it less than $10 off the original retail.
If you watched the deep dive combat videos from E3, you'd see there's a little more to it than what we got with FF15. Sure it's not turn based and that upsets some people, but it looks like a huge improvement over FF15s boring system.
You can have memory problems with physical or digital anymore, if you don't expand or regularly clean up and uninstall games.
Lol how is it 3 full AAA games in one? Because it has more modes than campaign? That used to be a regular thing in games... Still is for some.
I agree with you on that all the way. I don't know why more people don't see borderlands as a potential GotY candidate this year. Maybe because of the epic store and 2k goon squad drama? Either way, borderlands 3 looks great and is gonna be a huge release for the fall.
They're saving all that spark and flavour for the microtransaction costumes and cosmetics. The models shown in the demo are most likely the default starter batch, and they've said there's going to be a ton of cosmetics.
Kinda pointless to have fresh cosmetics to show off to no one at all. I went back and tried the game again for the event and it's still the shallow soulless shell of a game it was from the start. Not enough improvements for the amount of time and radio silence from the devs to warrant playing again.
Yeah I agree, it's a fun game and full of fan service, but gameplay-wise it's very simple. I'd give it around a 7 as well, nowhere near saying it's a bad game, just not groundbreaking or amazing.
Oh they're definitely going to have alot of microtransactions one way or another. They've already pushed the dlc pretty hard in Arkham Knight with the costumes and car skins.
Yeah I'll agree MGSV had terrific gameplay. It was the overly repetitive missions and bad/unfinished story that ruined it. I enjoyed the game overall, at the time. But looking back on it I wouldn't want to play it again.
I wouldn't exactly classify MGSV or Dragon Age Inquisition great or brilliant...
Yeah, I'm not saying any of the Zelda games are overrated either. And I loved BotW and TP both for different reasons. But Zelda games are mostly always huge successes both in sales and by critics overall, so they're never really underrated.
