CD's have always been able to hold 700mb's (80 minutes), it's just when they released CD-R's they could only write to 650mb's of it. It had nothing to do with the CD format itself, only the burned discs. Same applies to DVD, except DVD-R launched day one with the ability to write to all 4.7gb's.
Hang up the pipe dream, you're still using DVD-9. 8.5gb (7.8GB), just without security crap taking up 1GB of that.
Man... if this were actually used in warfare... gives a whole new definition to BAM There it is!
I feel for the guy on the receiving end of that glitch though. I'd hate to see the firearm equivalent of an avatar's shoe!!!
lol... browser fanboys.
well, photos won't matter because you know good and well the anons themselves will not attend.
Chrome is more memory efficient, and that's just what ps3 needs.
Guess what, I do all the same for my site FOR FREE. And I've never asked a penny out of any of them. I've been covering e3 for my site since 2006. He can pay for it himself, no need to make the gamers pay. They'll get the exact same coverage out of 5,000 other sites at E3, so why should they pay him for it? Just so they can get a 5,001st opinion?
what losers... i've paid to go to e3 3 times now, and never had to beg teh interwebz to do it (and i'm not exactly rich, it was no easy task).
How about posting good enough content that your site raises enough ad revenue to cover the cost? why ask the gamer to pay to let you go on the gamer's dream vacation?
it appears that it appears (lol) that this is going to flop.
they didn't have to hack anything to create these themes, it runs on official FW.
eyepet... eye of judgment... all AR games Avid.
"I mean, we were just fine for two decades without hard drives. "
We were fine for decades without optical media also, but nobody is using cartridges anymore...
Actually, worldwide is where it matters. And worldwide, PS3 has been outselling 360 for some time now.
...'cept it isn't.
lol. butthurt much? using your logic, I would have stopped playing my PS3 on launch day.
They are legion, they are... er... all that shit.
oh yeah, and "knowledge is free... we are anonymous".
does anyone else see the hypocrisy in that statement?
"all knowledge should be free, except for who we are"
well, to be fair I can't even bring my move over to my best friend's house because their pit bull shits there eyeballing the glowing orb just waiting for me to put it in range where they can rip it out of my hand and chew it up. So, both motion control systems are not dog friendly... but if I had to choose (especially if I had a small dog that I didn't have to worry about being able to reach my controller while I was playing), I'd pick move. kinect is very easily thrown off by...
I was trying to say do they prefer the pinpoint precision of move, or the convenience of not having to use a controller at all with kinect? each has those trade offs, kinect lags. move, well, you still gotta hold a controller. that's what they have to choose between.
well, look at it this way. Do you want instant precision with no lag, or do you not want to have to bother holding a controller (with a glowing orb on top that seems to really catch the interest of the pet dog... keep em' out of reach!)?
this honestly is one of those types of games that should be close to equal on both systems. maybe wait for some reviews to come out to compare each version?
And then ends... just as quickly.
it's 8.5GB, not 9.7.
