This game looks very, very nice. I hope it can top Resident Evil 4 Wii in gameplay and scaryness; that would be sweet.
So far, it looks very dark, and mysterious. I like that.

Nintendo is doing their thing, and if you don't like it, then don't buy into it. I don't understand why people feel Nintendo 'owes' them anything. They owe you nothing. If you are not happy with Nintendo games then buy another console, or do what I do, get a nice PC with some ass kicking hardware and run games...

Nintendo knows what they are doing, and they don't need E3 to continue doing their thing. So far, their thing has proven to be successful, and my guess is that they will continue being successful. But as it is the case with many things, not everyone will agree with what they do.
One thing is for sure, more people out there agree with what Nintendo is doing that with what Sony or Mic...
Well, when it comes to paying too much for a console, there are no bigger morons than those who paid several thousands for their PS3s. I mean, it would be one thing if the thing was impossible to find at the stores, but I guarantee that you can walk into any Best Buy, or any major electronics store and buy one. The same cannot be said about the wii.

Sidar, you are correct. People actually do want to own a wii. I bought one not because it was cheap, but because I wanted to get one so that I could play Nintendo games (Zelda, Mario, Metroid, etc).
My PC will run circles around a PS3 any day, and yes I do have a Blu-Ray drive on it $150!!! so there...
It isn't because people actually want to own DSLs? I guess when I went to buy mine (so that I can play Zelda: Phantom Hourglass and more), what I really wanted was a PSP...

I have never played a MGS game before, and it doesn't look like I will either this time around since I don't own a PS3, but why do people care about how many copies of the game are sold, or whether the game is better than Halo or not?

I didn't know about Zack & Wiki until I read about it here, or bloom blox (both of which are of no interest to me by the way).
I can't understand why developers think that mediocre game + no advertisement = sales. The wii is a console where you have to earn your buck, and just have a look at Nintendo, they put the effort in their games and tada! they sell.
Take Okami for instance. I have yet to see an add for it on tv, or any...

Wii-Fit is a game, it isn't an exercise program, and I hope everybody out there realizes that.

Not only is this not news, but I do not understand why people are even bringing this up. The wiimote, as we know it is not even called that. Nintendo has never referred to it as wii-mote. Instead, they call it the wii controller.
There is no copyright being violated here. It is too bad for them, but Nintendo cannot be faulted here. Gamers call it the wiimote, not Nintendo.
