Please release on PC, 64+ player online and allow us to make our own game modes.
Exactly, Rift is fully immersive.. besides you need mid/high end hardware for the Rift to run good framerates, even Oculus said that themselves.
A lot of newer games need high end cards to keep 60fps at 1080p, so the Rift will need good hardware since it's rendering the same thing twice. Newer games will barely be playable if they are not well optimised or run poorly in the first place, this would be useless for games like Crysis because it already runs poorly on release...
Hardware sales are going to jump up a lot, not everyone is going to know how to play backups but it's pretty easy.
I'd be able to download games lightning fast on my 100mbit connection and still game smoothly, but i'm not sure i'll bother.. possibly.
I actually saw download speeds go as fast as 12-14mb/s on Steam.. i was pretty shocked at how fast i can download stuff, seriously. Not that it affects gaming pings really because they tend to ta...
Same here, barely any humor in GTA 4 and it went back to dullness like 3, if its as fun as San Andreas it will be awesome.
PC version with Steamworks, 64+ player online and scriptable editable game modes ala SAMP please!.
So much potential for awesomeness.
Because it appears many girls like showing off, and most of the time the ones who do this are extremely shallow and try to get attention from guys who are rich, and are just as bad as the guys who act tough going around showing muscle etc..
in case you didn't notice that's a negative view, but how many times have you seen girls that hang around with assholes?. Yeah its pretty much right.
I bought an i7 at launch back in late 2008, the i7 920 and its close even today compared to newer processors in games. Only difference is that the newer ones are a bit faster at the same speed and overcloxk more.
My next upgrade will be when its worth it, probably when ddr4 ram comes out. The time you never upgrade is when something much faster is around the corner, thats just foolish. But i7 processors have been powerhouses from the start. Just been a bit stagnant lately.
This is nowhere near as immersive as Oculus Rift, Oculus Rift seems impressive but it all depends on if it makes you feel sickly when using it.. if not then it will be the true new experience to play games with.
With IllumiRoom you can't interact with anything off screen so it's just an effect, Oculus Rift fills your whole vision so has potential to be a ton more immersive and give you a feeling of being in the game. As soon as reviews come out i'll be placing my ...
Vita is a great device, so is 3DS. I own both, 3DS is great purely for games though it can get a bit uncomfortable to hold, Vita is comfy with it's
rounded sides.
You can't say Vita is going to fail, i bet you don't even own one but it can do a lot more than 3DS other than games. Plus if people moan about the price i am not really sure why because it's a nice sleek piece of hardware, once more games come there is no problems with it. It already has a h...
isn't it just using an emulator? on PC you can increase resolution to 1080P for everything, including Wii, Dreamcast, Gamecube etc.. even the much older 16bit systems and they all look much better.
Samsung 840 Pro = best performance and reliability, i'll prob buy the 256gb version this year.
Next year or later this year i'll build a whole new rig on DDR4 memory, upgrade from my i7 920 (even tho i don't need to upgrade really) bad thing is it will prob cost me a grand for a full upgrade including gfx card but it will last a long time. Hard to believe it's already been nearly 4 and a half years since i built my i7 rig and still going like a champ!
Valve only started developing Source 2 in late 2010, i guess its not long enough to develop the game and i bet the engine will be awesome with its new physics and stuff.
Valve are one of very few developers who make true high quality games that are worthy of their praise unlike some constant console recycled shooters *cough* Halo, COD.
Guess you never saw Mrs Brown's boys, fecks and shite's all over.
Put Killing Floor on that list, not only is it an awesome online co-op zombie blaster, but has hilarious voice commands with lots of swearing.
Sega gave Rouge big boobs and she is strong.
This aint the end of it (at least on PC) when Oculus Rift comes out expect many hentai games and other games that have ladies with big boobs.
They better announce a PC version, there could be so much potential for multiplayer.
Imagine having almost 100 players like in SA-MP, there's still thousands of players that play popular servers like Cops n Robbers on 150+ player servers, i still see like 90-100 players even at bad times of the day playing constant.
GTA V with even 64 players + scriptable game modes + Steamworks = dream come true. Come on R*! if a mod team can make a multiplayer way bette...
Meh,
Oculus Rift hype > This.
Just give Rare to Nintendo already.. Unless something good comes and not casual boring Kinect stuff then i aint interested in the least. MS can keep their multiple Halo releases that are overrated, i will wait for quality FPS's on my PC like Half Life 3. Plus consoles arent the only ones with exclusives.
Well, since it's hacked it's only a matter of time before we see games listed on well known torrent sites.
Plus because it's hacked now, no doubt it won't be too long before we even see a Wii U emulator on PC, betting the Dolphin emu will support it. That already runs gamecube & Wii games really fast.
