Well to be fair, i still own an i7 920 CPU which is 45nm, but i have owned it since late 2008.. and it is still pretty powerful, i mean if you look at benchmarks of games and if you have a newer CPU there is not much of a difference in frame rates.

I like some single player games, but you have to admit if it has a really good multiplayer that alone extends the life of the game a long way.
If they had sense they wouldn't start charging to use used games, won't that affect the price of the best retail games and the crap games would end up down the drain price wise?.

Here is Microsoft greed plain and simple: Microsoft make you buy Portal 2 and Left 4 Dead 2 DLC on the 360, but it is free on the PC. Reason? other than greed, none.

Microsoft are greedy, look at Portal 2 and Left 4 Dead 2. The DLC on those are free on PC because Valve don't bullshit us by alienating players and are great developers, but apparently Microsoft make you pay for the same DLC on 360.
Well, it seems Nintendo got a bit bigheaded with sales of the Wii, so they thought they could do the same with the Wii U by not giving it better specs. I actually saw this coming when they overpriced with the 3DS anyway.
Not to say they are bad consoles or anything. Mario 3D land looks fine graphically and it does the job, but looking at Lego City compared to whats on PSP is a bit disappointing. Tons of fog.. not even GTA on PSP had it like that.

Nothing is wrong with the Vita, it has SOME quality games, not as any as 3DS sure.. but it has a lot of potential.
I like both 3DS and Vita, but i think Vita is a lot more comfy to hold for longer. Plus no issues with the control sticks being slippery like 3DS.
Nothing much of interest on the next Xbox anyway, it will be rehashed over rated shooters and other sequels. Nothing important like a proper Conker or Banjo game.
I don't think Sony have anything to worry about, as long as you have a good PC and PS4 you have the best of everything, and of course a 3DS or Wii U if you want Nintendo's games. Then there's Oculus Rift which will blow away the IllumiRoom thing that MS have.
Sonic Rush and Rush Adventure are great games, no idea what you are talking about. Plus they actually have challenging bosses, Mario games tend to have pretty simplistic ones in comparison.
64+ player multiplayer, Steamworks, editable game modes like sa-mp and dedicated servers. Plus total freedom of the map.
if it's anything like IV's multiplayer it will suck, i hope rockstar learned from sa-mp at least this time.

The creatures and things look very detailed, the only thing that looks a bit bland are the ground textures. I expected them to have more detail since it's a first party game.
@gameonbro I agree with you about the 120fps because i got a 120hz monitor last year, and games are definitely a bit smoother and mostly don't require Vsync so you get better performance.
But.. it's just about a struggle to get a constant 60fps @ 1080p, nevermind higher with some games.. just look at how bad games like Crysis run on even high end cards.
As long as you have a mid/high end card and stick to 1080p though things should be fine for 60fps a...
That would cause too much backlash, what they should've done though is use a quad core cpu instead of the current tri core. I'm pretty certain if they did that it would've cost just a tiny bit more and could have made a big difference. Especially if they beefed up the graphics chip a bit more with it.
It's kind of the opposite of the Dreamcast, because that had the graphical capability to display visuals as good as most PS2 games ages before it even came out. ...
Not many games excite me these days, i only get truly excited for gems from Valve, like Half Life 2.. and 3 (which comes soon hopefully) other than that i find things have been stale.
