Maybe it will one day. Right now, all its got are old Halo, Gears, and Forza games. Once all their studios start firing, within another year or two will be when the offerings really make an impact. Right now, I’ve either played everything worthy of my time and the rest is Truck driving, farming, and goat SIMS….no thanks. But never say never. I’m sure they’ll have games I actually care about eventually.

Evidently, you just don’t know or don’t care when quality slaps you in the face. I bet you’d rather pay $15 a month to be told you’ve got access to the most diverse line-up of pr pr blah blah gamepass blah, next e3, pr pr (while still no 1st party titles on Series)

It’s called frontline or early adoptions. Quit with the entitlement already. I paid for GoT day 1 and I’m not bothered by this a bit. I don’t feel ripped off one bit having thoroughly enjoyed this top notch experience over a year ago now, paying a VERY optional $30 for a big slice of new content and the original in better shape than ever, is nothing but icing to someone who enjoyed it that much. And it’s still upgraded for PS5 performance-wise without paying a cent. Why are we having a group ...

Do you understand or have knowledge of the extend of quality of the “DLC”. If you haven’t played it, why you slapping a $20 price tag on something you don’t know fully about then. To fans of the game, we’re excited. I platinum’d the original, and $30 is well deserved for the upgrades coming considering the amount of enjoyment I’ve already got and will continue to get with the new addition. Some companies deserve compensation. I don’t see this much uproar when it’s another Assassin’s Creed gam...

As an existing owner, I disagree. $30 for a remaster of an already amazing game plus a brand new DLC provides me great value personally.

Wow….what a stretch by the “author” here. 2 games not being the PS5 version and PS’s impending doom is on the Horizon. Lol. Play more games and shut-up…

Well, last we checked they were still working on just the assets. No gameplay being worked on. So, whatever stage that is…sounds conceptual to me if there’s no gameplay being worked on

I’d say this looked like the coolest thing besides fable Xbox had coming, but then again it’s more likely still in the conceptual phase like Hellblade2 and Elder Scroll6 and won’t see it for another 3-4 years. So, again waiting for big games…

Funny cause Kena, Stray, and Little Devil Inside all look astounding, I cannot wait for each of those to drop soon. Also, Warframe still running strong with the support of PS5. Also, Day 1 PS5 launch with Pathfinder….I’d say they’re doing pretty well with indies so far from my perch.

I’ve been saying this about all their tent pole franchises and the direction Xbox is going this gen. Halo Infinite - “soft reboot”, Forza is being “rebooted” now. Whenever they announce their next big Gears game, I will be expecting the same…they want all their big games to be like Sea of Thieves or Destiny, which honestly makes me bummed as a big single-player fan. I’ll absolutely be grateful if I’m wrong, but I can’t shake the feeling quality will slip pushing games to “live on” for such ...

Sure. Convenience, got time there. But I’m talking about quality. And you can’t convince me that 4k60 native with less than a 5ms response time is currently available like it is with actual hardware. Will it get there one day? Sure. I’m sure it will. I’m saying it’s not there now, and the difference to me is perceivable. Not just talking xcloud, but also Stadia, and PS now as well. Streaming is just not the way for me at the moment. Mobility I don’t care about, I just want the best when I sit...

Try streaming a souls game. Enjoy that experience…

Not anti-Xbox. Just rooting for them to get back to the basics of making big budget titles without PR-ing us to death about gamepass and “the cloud”. I just want real and amazing games on time and consistent. I don’t care about their services, and “value”. I’d rather decide what’s valuable enough to pay for without all the fluff

That’s cool and all. Just tell that to the lag and lowered resolution that my hands and eyes feel and see when streaming games…not well versed on all the speed stuff. I just know there’s a big difference

Tencent owned. They can shove there CCP money up their a$$

I’ll play this once streaming plays/looks equally well or better than traditional hardware on decent internet. Not many people have perfect internet to enjoy the specs they like to project to us. I typically play games on hard and I refuse to deal with excess lag while I enjoy my hobby. Maybe that experience is coming, but it’s still not here now.

I was excited for this when I saw the headline, before I saw the part where tencent was involved

I’m super stoked to see what the Dead Space creator has been up to. I will absolutely be keeping an eye on this one.

Witcher3 wasn’t a masterpiece. It had some of the stalest combat I’d ever experienced in a game with that level of production. Story, characters, and world building were great. But good lord, the same 2 or 3 sword combos over and over were laughable
