Sounds to me like 1 Xbox one to every 20 people rather than those 20 people just going out to get an Xbox One of their own.
@yeahright2
Spotify is free of charge on the PS3 and PS4.
Again, not only is PlayStation more popular than Xbox, especially with units sold, but Sony Music is second to none on the globe. They can make much better bargains than what Microsoft can with Spotify. They have major, bargaining clout in this field.
Why would they? Sony is the second largest record label in the world.THEY can actually bargain with Spotify, Microsoft can't. With Sony's muscle in this field, they can sway the market much easier than Microsoft.

"Of course you can listen to music while you play. This is the whole point. 2 seconds of googling would have obviously given you your answer."

Now the main talk of the system is how great the drive is.

Did you even read my post?
No on is saying the Neo will be more powerful than Scorpio. I said XB1 Slim is different from the Scorpio. Meaning the XB1 Slim is just a normal XB1 that can upscale to 4k, which the Neo and PS4 IS more capable than. That is it. Since the Scorpio doesn't launch until winter of 2017, it doesn't really help Microsoft at this point. In fact, it allows Sony to carefully plan for Scorpio's launch while they ...
@ FrigidDARKNESS
The XB1 S can't even play VR. All it does is UPSCALE to 4K. How in the heck did you calculate this meaning more powerful than a Neo when its not even more powerful than the current PS4? LoL!
Scorpio launches winter of next year. Do you have any idea how much damage will be done by then? No. I'm sorry but Sony is definitely not scared. Had they not had a Neo of their own and Scorpio were launching sometime this year, then ok. Maybe...
@ DarkWolf
Ok, but did they fix the game problem? The hardware isn't selling because the dang thing has a power brick or it looks like a VCR. Its not selling because it does not have as many exclusives -- especially now since they all went to the PC.
This reminds me of the time where people/Xbox fans kept saying that Sony was only leading because the PS4 was in more regions and that we should wait for MS to release there. Then it was the price, games,...
@ Eddoes
What has Sony done this generation?
Well, they have a crap load of exclusives including Spider-Man. They have VR, which you can use on ANY PS4. Their online has share play which you don't have to pay for. And that backwards compatibility you're talking about, you still have to purchase the games for it. How is this any different from me getting a subscription to PlayStation Now for the same price, if not less, than it would take someone...
He probably only likes FPS and racers while lying down on his bed. This is why the PlayStation does so well GLOBALLY. it reaches out to more than just gamers who only prefer this type of gaming.
See, and this is why I think Sony understands this market much better than Microsoft. Its not just about profits or developers. Its about your consumers, too. If you don't understand your fan base, no one will
Great job Kaz!
@ Joearc
EXACTLY! I've been saying this since PS2. Sony is trying to turn the PC into trucks of yesterday; they will need game consoles but game consoles won't need them to experience their perks. A hybrid, entertainment hub is where PlayStation is headed.

@ darth
Do you know how silly you sound? Sony might as well be the TV. Do you know what Sony Pictures is? What about Screen Gems? Crackle? Sony does movies and television shows, A LOT of them. So that "TV TV TV" jazz you're talking, they are one of the biggest players in that space. Does Nintendo have this? What about Microsoft? Hell, Microsoft's Xbox 1 is actually using Sony's Crackle. PlayStation Vue is simply an extension of this. That's egg in ...
I have to agree with Jake on this one. While Angelice is quick to dismiss what he's saying, there is much truth in what Drake has brought up. Since launch, Microsoft has made A LOT of 180 moves, and this is great for the consumer, but none of those moves were made simply because consumers ask them to. Microsoft was beaten to a pulp by Sony before they realized they needed to give consumers what they wanted. But it didn't just end at Kinect or the price, it also ended with things like ...
What happens when Sony cuts the price to $300 for the PS4, I mean, Is it still going to only be $50 more for a Scorpio bundle? The fact that people have to FIRST run out to even buy a Scorpio just to get VR is almost equivalent to building a PC. You are dealing with OVER 40 million people who already have PS4 systems. How many people with Scorpio?
Wait... Isn't all XB1 exclusives on PC? Not to mention that most of the exclusives are not as many as PlayStation 4. Does XB1 have Spider-Man or any equivalent?
The first time i put the price up, it was just after Microsoft E3. I was betting on $500-$600 with my final thought believing it to hit the $500 mark. It seems some people didn't believe it to be that high. But you have to look at it this way: Microsoft is increasing the RAM, the HDD, the CPU and GPU. If Microsoft had trouble selling the original Xbox at $400 (they were actually losing money on it at that price and that was actually a great bit weaker than Sony's console, let alone be...
If games are not what you care about first, then Microsoft had the best conference. Otherwise, Sony absolutely destroyed them.
@ christocolus
So wait, let me get this straight... That mean Sony is not focus on gamers because they invested in VR? Wasn't it Sony who showed off a huge number of exclusives for the PS4 at E3 2016 instead of hardware? And a lot of those didn't have anything to do with PSVR, so what's the difference?
Before, Phil was heavily invested in Hololens. He even went as far as showing MineCraft off for it at gaming event when Sony was hyping the he...
