I know it's probably borderline cliche at this point but the only other developer I think that could truly do Mass Effect justice at this point is CD Projekt Red. We'll know with certainty when Cyberpunk 2077 launches, I have a lot of confidence in CDPR so I'm expecting Cyberpunk 2077 to be amazing.

Some of those differences are probably due to time of day, however, I think a larger percentage could be down to design decisions and optimization.

ETA - More in depth RPG mechanics added to the simulation systems would be a welcome addition and if well executed would elevate the games potential even higher.

ETA: I'd love to see more in depth RPG mechanics play a larger role in SoD 2. I cannot believe I missed that one above ;)

Looking forward to seeing and knowing more about SOD 2 at E3 '17. The first game has a solid core to work from, IMO SoD 2 needs to refine and expand on what worked while reducing the bugs and things that didn't work to the games benefit i.e. spawning issues, repetition, lack of mission variety, sub-par shooting mechanics/controls/vague gun stats, less than stellar plot etc.
Add some new features along with refining and expanding the games fundamentals i.e. "base buildin...

I need to also finish Twilight Princess! I had bought TP around release on GC but never finished it sadly. I have fond memories of switching between Zelda:TP and the 1st Gears of War since they had released less than 2 weeks from one another. Two vastly different games, both incredibly fun and beautiful in their own unique ways. At the time GOW was one of the best looking console games out and Twilight Princess was Zelda, enuff said! From what I did get to play I thought TP was very good, I a...

@deafdani - While not the same overall quality as GTA IV, there were still other OW games that released either in the same year as GTA IV (2008) or shortly after, that were also good representations of what the genre was capable of at the time. Two that come to mind are Saints Row 2 (last game in the series that had a more serious tone in competition with GTA) and Mercenaries 2: World in Flames (Not the best game but the destructibility was amazing).

Other then great presen...

@UnHoly_One - The entire cast was great and full of high profile voice actors. Troy Baker as Talion and Nolan North as The Black Hand of Sauron. Jennifer Hale, John DiMaggio, Laura Bailey, Alastair Duncan, Brian Bloom (Voiced B.J. Blakowitz in Wolfenstein TNO/TOB) Let's hope the sequel is great as well.

@N4G_drama - One of the most BS, biased posts I've read in a longtime.
"I personally just can't stand the resources wasted on PC for minimal sales that could be used to make our experiences on console much better. "
Seriously? So everyone who only plays on PC should not have access to this game or others just so console gamers can potentially have more resources put into their version? That's just wrong. Get used to it if you play on XB, 90% of Microso...

Sure we have the day 1 patch which can fix a lot of the bugs and performance issues but going by a lot of the hands on previews, I wonder if a month will be enough to do this? That was one the primary complaints I read about was bad performance/optimization and bugs, let's hope all works out because I'm actually really looking forward to this.

What are you doing, skipping dialogue or what? Even doing nothing but the MQ takes 40-50 hours. IDK if it has been beaten but the speed run record for TW3 used to be 25 hrs and that was by certain developers within CDPR using every short cut, skipping all dialogue and nothing but the MQ.

@Starchild - "I also have to say I'm really happy that GG didn't choose to have foliage and other objects become translucent when they get close to the in-game camera. Two other outstanding looking games--Witcher 3 and Uncharted 4--both do that and I don't like it. I mean, it's not a huge deal, but it does slightly hurt the feeling of solidity and believability of the world. I know why they do it--both games are visually dense and they don't want things to block the pl...

Oh I believe they're working on it as well, I just don't think we are going to see it, let alone hear an announcement for a longtime. At least a few years. They supposedly have 2 big projects coming out before TES 6, or how Howard put it, that we'll hear about these two projects before TES 6. Hopefully we'll know more about one of these projects at their E3 presentation.

No way it's TES VI, and there hasn't been enough time when considering FO4 dlc etc. for them to create another game already. Not if they are continuing what they did with FO4 and releasing soon after announcement. If it's a reveal with a loose date like 'fall 2018' maybe....I could see a reveal like that happening. However, It's a safer bet that what we'll actually see at the BGS presentation are their published games, Tango and Machinegames for example. I'm al...

This. If it were not for Obsidian busy with POE 2, I'd actually have a bit more hope of this actually happening. Unless it's a ways off, I cannot see how Obsidian currently having the time and man power to create it. Unless...which would be potentially complicated, both BGS and Obsidian co-developed it. That would be interesting to say the least.

This is precisely why TES VI will not be releasing for a longtime. I have a feeling if they are (you better be Bethesda!) creating a brand new engine, TES VI will be the game that premieres and showcases a new engine. Fans expecting TES VI at E3 are only going to be sorely disappointed, I'm telling you.

Highly doubtful. It would need to be a large majority of companies and at that, IMO, it would be a stupid move on their part. Steam isn't going anywhere.

RI.P. brother. I imagine your love for music is being fully rewarded and expressed wherever you are :) Peace to his friends and family. I'd urge people to view this as not only a reminder that we're not promised tomorrow but also encouragment to be grateful for everyday and every moment that we have, life is too short.

Typically as the saying goes 'You get what you pay for'. Especially when talking about electronics. There are some good deals out there, and patience is a virtue. Give it some time and before you know it, those high prices will come down.
