Yeah, if I am understanding your comment correctly, I'd like to see more PS games on PSN as well. Eventually having PS4 games, popular ones like HZD, Uncharted etc. on PSN to play on PC would be awesome.
It's looking like Insomniac is going to do for Spider-Man what Rocksteady achieved with Batman. Thankfully we do not have very long to wait. The game is looking like a webhead lovers dream come true.
Music to my ears :-) Now, if they can start releasing games on Steam I'll be really happy. The current limitations/restrictions of the Windows store are holding back a lot of potential buyers, including myself.
I call B.S. - Some of the best games to release in the last decade were single-player games. Monumental successes and vastly popular games like Witcher 3, Legend of Zelda, Mario, Metroid, Fallout series, The Elder Scrolls series, HZD, GOW, TLOU, Bioshock to name but a few. Some even had an optional MP component like Red Dead Redemption or GTA V, although the latter imho, took things a bit too far with the MP while ignoring SP add-ons.
This push over the past couple of years...
Thank you! Good looking out buddy ::internet high-five!:: P.S. - George Carlin is the GOAT!
BTW, not sure if you play on console or PC, regardless, have you seen anything about FC 5 using Nvidia HairWorks? It was in Far Cry 4 (not sure about Primal) it's a pretty cool feature but is commonly demanding on hardware. Just wondering is all, I know Ubisoft have their own fur simulation tech as well, which depending on the animal in FC 4, it actually looked better imo.
Dunia is a good engine, with a CryEngine core. Goes to show what can be done when an engine is modified with multiple iterations. On an off-topic note, I hope both Dishonored (if we see a sequel, I truly hope so) and the Evil Within use a modified version of Id Tech 6 rather than Id Tech 5, considering the improvements Id Tech 6 has over its predecessor. Optimization and amazing anti-aliasing for starters (TSSAA looks incredible, and doesn't hurt performance like you think it would). Hopi...
While a different beast all together, I'd like to shout out Nixxes, they're one of the better companies that do PC ports. For those who play on PC exclusively or those who enjoy both console & PC, you know how important a good port to PC is. Unfortunately many ports nowadays are mediocre at best, lacking some of the most basic functionality you come to expect.
With studios like bluepoint games doing near magic with the Shadow of Colossus remake, I have hope to see some truly amazing remakes and remasters. Pubs need to realize when dealing with these classic games/franchises, that they'll sell and also be critical successes if they give us a quality product.
Still remember the day I went to Gamestop and bought both GTA 3 and DMC 1, two polar opposites, both were/are amazing, particularly for the time they released, see, back t...
Took a longtime to finally install it, but between the free game giveaways + 'Origin-only' games I had to give in. Have not used it much but from what I've read, it has improved, so has Uplay. Look, I'd prefer to have all games be DRM-free and/or have all my games on one platform, in my case, either GOG or Steam. Steam is further ahead with features but there's the DRM, GOG Galaxy is slowly getting there, but still a few years off probably.
Their engine is great, love to see them add even more depth to whatever game they're creating. They can create some pretty and expansive worlds, now they need to put more interaction and they'll be good to go. Mad Max is a good game, far from perfect but looks great, has excellent optimization (played it on PC) and a huge world that does the Mad Max universe justice. I have not yet played the Just Cause series, though seen lots of images and video. They look like "mindless" ...
Oh shit, I had no clue he was going to be SC VI. Awesome.
Metro series is incredible. Some of the best atmosphere and visuals in gaming. Have nothing but good things to say about both 2033 and Last Light, Metro Exodus is looking like it could be the best in the series. Hope you enjoy both games, they're also imho some of the better story-driven FPS games as well. This new video just dropped about new weapons and weapon customization for Exodus - 2953d ago 2 agree0 disagreeView comment
I'm thinking since they're a smaller team (around 50 devs IIRC) with a smaller budget, sales did not have to be super high for them to make a profit securing a sequel. That's my take at least. Same goes for games like ELEX (Has major flaws but is actually a good RPG) which was approved for a sequel months before the 1st installment even launched.
Additionally, The Surge released a small expansion 2 months back called 'A Walk in the Park' for $14.99 that's rec...
Scratch my last sentence. Gop is working on a new game by Destructive Creations known for the infamous and controversial game 'Hatred'. Their new game is a medieval RTS game called Ancestors Legacy. I'm not really into the RTS genre but have to admit Ancestors looks intriguing.

Pretty sure LOTF 2 is currently in development as well. Hopefully we get some solid info/trailer at E3. Last I read anything was July 2017, so we could see LOTF 2 release late 2019, early 2020.

If on PC, thankfully there is this mod - https://www.nexusmods.com/w... that uses Witcher 2 armors replacing the majority of vanilla common armors. The Witcher school armor sets are not effected of course, only the basic armors, which imo, historically accurate in their appearance and composition, do not look good.
More importantly, those are armors that Geralt would never wear! For those who know...
Actually, I'd beg to differ. Cyberpunk has elements of Sci Fi of course, but it's very much its own genre/sub-genre, other than games like Deus Ex, Remember Me, Dex, Shadowrun and a few others, the genre is underutilized as a whole. Also, FO4 may have not been the critical success with reviewers and gamers as Skyrim was, it actually out sold Skyrim to become the biggest financial success that Bethesda Game Studios has ever released.(*ETA: Not that this equates to a better or even good...
Nope. Cyberpunk 2077 is probably not even going to be actually seen until sometime next year. I actually think at this point the game will be releasing closer to 2020, if that's not the actual release year. Which would go along nicely with the second edition of Cyberpunk 2020, the Pen & Paper RPG its based off of http://cyberpunk.wikia.com/...

Well almost all of these demos are first shown running on high-end PC's, devs have been doing this for as long as I can remember. Unless it's stated verbally or on screen 'the following footage was captured on PS4 Pro/Xbox X' etc.
