Another release of Skyrim? I've already owned it on 360, PS3, PS4 and PC.
Not so much flogging a dead horse at this point as flogging the dust that was once the fossilized bones of a dead horse.
Since the PSP this market has been all Nintendos and they do extremely well out of it. Be very interesting to see if it can support two players. Very keen to see how the Steam Deck does.
Be kinda funny if no one took the license at all.

PlayStation trials is a nice idea. I’ll wait for the PS5 edition of biomutant though
Somewhat disappointed with those graphics.
If you don’t mind running 2021 and beyond triple A releases at low settings and 30fps then sure.
If psnow and Xbox game pass can be added as apps to the native os then you have a very good offering indeed….steam library, PlayStation and Xbox all on one device with no messing about reimaging the system needed…that will capture the pc and console players alike.
It just needs to be a case of switch it on, download the apps and go. If there is a need to install (and license) a copy of windows then a big chunk of the mass market will be put off.
Tried to play it through recently…gave up half way. Doesn’t nail action well and abandoned the suspense horror at atmosphere of the original games. Basically misses all targets….result is a completely forgettable game.
It’s a Nintendo switch for PC gamers.
Technically superior does not equal commercially more successful.
The Deck technically crushes the switch true, but the Vita technically crushed the 3DS....and we know how that worked out.
No one in their right minds would expect a niche product like this to match PS5 sales levels.
Perhaps you’d like a handheld 3090?! Better use oven gloves to hold it though….

Game was a wasted opportunity on the Vita. Really disappointing release that stank of a rough rush job.
There are solutions to stop it..cloud flare and Akamai have services that identify and block the attacks pretty quick. Problem is the protection is very expensive. Most companies would rather taken the risk that they might be hit for a few hours one day over the permanent high monthly recurring cost of protection.
Keep em coming…I’ll buy it when you say it’s ‘perfect’ rather than the current ‘satisfactory’.

That’s just it for me. We have Skyrim remastered and rereleased over and over on every platform possible while we have not a single remastered fallout 3 or new vegas available. I would be really keen on those.
