Sony is not going anywhere. Ford was in a worse position than Sony and it was able to come back even stronger. It did so by selling off brands that were not making money and reorganizing its structure. Sony will do the same if push comes to shove. Corporations as big as Sony do not fail easily. Sony makes great products, but lately they have had a lot of competition from Korea in the electronics market. LG and Samsung have really put a dent in Sony because they seemingly high quality electron...

It will get sports games and the occasional really bad version of a next gen game. The 360 really started to die at the end of 2012.

I'm so bored with multi-player FPS. No single player killed this game for me long ago.

Destiny is multi-platform the last time I checked.

I'm actually kind of amazed how Nintendo can basically make a Mario version of R&C All 4 One and it's critically acclaimed. Don't get me wrong, I really like the game, but it really is the same concept as RCA41, which nobody seemed to like that much.

Wow, and here I thought the PS4 was the better system. I guess I was deceived.

If they can put some traditional elements from Zelda games in there, maybe. I seriously think this is just a way Nintendo can excuse not having a real Zelda this year.

Hicken,

Thanks for you reply. I did not mean to insinuate you were an atheist, simply that you have the right to that tagline. I am sorry if I misread your response to my original post. You certainly have the right to the opinion you gave.

Hickman,

While I see your point, you obviously find his need to associate his faith with his game reviews offensive. However, you probably don't find GayGamer offensive. Tolerance goes both ways my friend, he has as much right to call himself ChristCenteredGamer as GayGamer has a right to his tag line. Just like you could call yourself AtheistGamer if you felt like it. I personally do not believe in flaunting ideologies in this manner either, but to each his own.

Why? You cannot be a Christian and enjoy videogames? I hope you are the one being satirical. I am a Christian, and I enjoy videogames. I realize many of the games I play do not share my world view. I play games for the entertainment value , just like I watch Star Wars and Star Trek, but it doesn't affect my faith. I won't play games if they have certain aspects that are directly offensive to my faith, but just because game characters participate in activities I myself would not, does...

There are two types of parents, those who want the government and society to regulate their children's morality and those who take the responsibility to do it themselves. Why in the world you would play GTA games with children is beyond me. Parents need to be parents. Anyway, kids left to society and the government typically don't turn out as well as those who have parents that actually give a damn about them.

I was actually just thinking yesterday how great of a job they did fitting it on the controller without getting in the way. I thought it worked great in KZ. I may feel differently if a game used it for primary input, but right now I think it's pretty genius. Works great to navigate the map in AC4 as well.

Its still the best selling exclusive of the new gen.

Analyst do very poorly trying to evaluate the gaming market. The ps4 will outsell XB1 worldwide and I think it likely will here in the US too. However, if it does not, the fact the it will still lead worldwide will still make it the console to own in my opinion.

Edit: Oops should have read it first, yes the XB1 will sell better in the US than the rest of the world. Now I understand the water is wet comment above.

I put a 1TB in my PS4. After formatting it and installing the OS it left me with 882gb. With PS4 games averaging over 30gb, that gives me room for 25 games or so. I think that is plenty. If I was planning on storing movies too, I would have sprung for a 1.5 or waited for a 2gb drive. Either way, the 500gb drives in these machines will not last all gen with mandatory installs. MS should have allowed is owners to upgrade.

I'm glad this game runs so well. I really hope that Nintendo can pull off a small miricle with the Wii U.

Two failures the ultimate console does not make. I'm not convince Nintendo needs to go multiplatform quite yet, though I think it would be in their best long term interest to become the EA (in business terms only, not talking ethics) of Japan and just go full multiplatform. Mario games for Wii sold in the 10s of Millions. On XB1 and PS4 they would probably outsell COD games. Nintendo still has a successful handbeld system and could begin to move toward mobile markets with smaller games. I...

I must admit that Nintendo has made some bad decisions along the way. The N64 and PS1 were not even in the same league though. The N64 was a better machine by every standard except those stupid cartridges that Nintendo refused to give up. Storage won the battle between PS1 and N64.
