You're saying you can't drop $150 for a 24" or so standard television? Have you even tried to look for a regular tv?
Wow, I can't believe all of the people complaining on that forum. Didn't they even look at the scans or read the article!? They're getting as much of the old school Fallout as possible, it looks like. An isometric view RPG wouldn't stand up in today's market, and that's just a sad fact, since I also happen to like it. But I also happen to be a realist.
"...gay... with the gay..."
Says the person posting with a crotchshot of a Halo character.
Jesus Christ. Is this stupid family going to be this year's JonBenet or Natalee Holloway? Is there like a requirement for the number of missing white women/girls stories that the media has to run into the ground while other murders/rapes/kidnappings go unnoticed?
Do you really have to ask a question like that? Why wouldn't people want to stop piracy?
Have you ever heard of art style/direction? The game is trying to set up an atmosphere, and obviously the developers think that black and white filters will help them with that.
You ever seen the two movie adaptations of "Lord of the Flies"? There's a black and white version, and a color version a few years later. The black and white version will always be my favorite, since it toyed with the themes of shadow and light in ways that the color version just couldn't mat...
"...super computer console..."? What in good heavens is that? Maybe the reason the PS3 isn't doing very well as a gaming machine is because it isn't even being marketed as one?
I actually don't understand the allure of online play with this game. Might as well just have a game A.I. to play along since you can't interact with the other player.
If I recall, the Action Replay is kind of like a Gameshark that I used on my NES... It allows direct hacking of the game which is so easy that anyone can do it.
IN all honesty, Batman and Goonies for the NES should be on these lists. Those games were and remain amazing in terms of gameplay and style for representing their respective movies.
2 Player split screen is classic and fun when you have friends to play with. I don't know where you're getting that "boring" idea.
I was sad when Morrowind got ported to Xbox. Then I was ticked again when Oblivion was practically designed solely for the Xbox and PS3 crowd, with the PC version looking like it was shoehorned in.
Imagine my surprise to discover that the Xbox version of Oblivion outsold the PC version by a factor of 3 to 1. I didn't think that such a game belonged on a console. I still don't believe that Oblivion or Morrowind or Fallout 3 belongs on a console... But that is, unfortunately, whe...
Thank you very much for clearing that up, mate. I was worried there for a moment!
Thank God. Thank anyone or anything.
Nothing more really needs to be said.
I love these types of games. I love Resident Evil. So I'm guessing that I'll love this game. :) What I would love more is having some sort of gun shell for the Wiimote.
And I don't understand how someone can claim a guided shooter to be "lazy". These are some of the best arcade games around, and CAPCOM is famous for making shooter arcade games. The Wii is the perfect kind of console for this kind of game, and I hope that more quality guided shooters pop up in the futu...
FadeToBlack:
You're right, the motion sensing doesn't make the Wii Nintendo's CURRENT-Gen console. (I think it's about time the whole "next-gen" schtick was put to rest.)
But the fact that the Wii is Nintendo's entry into the, generally considered, Seventh Generation of home video game consoles, that certainly validates it as last year's next-gen, this year's current-gen console.
It's not that hard of a concept to grasp.
Sometimes I wonder why people want to show off just why they only have one bubble to comment with. It's not something to be proud of, that's for sure.
Great, so the breasteses aren't as pointy. Did the video really need to highlight that point three different times?
I don't know if I dig the flying car analogy, but I'm right there with you, Scarlett, on your intent.
Yes, because God forbid people actually play games to enjoy some time by themselves or with friends and have fun for fun's sake.
While I enjoy Achievements as a whole, it's the disgusting manner of thinking you just described which makes me wish they were never thought up in the first place.
