Sorry I thought assuming a game will be GOTY is all the console fanboys did these days?
Uncharted 4 will be GOTD at this rate.
VS the Witcher 3 and Fallout 4?
I certainly think not.
Cancer will continue to ruin lives until more money is poured in to research for curing it on a global scale, and that won't happen unless companies can make money from it.
We are the main reason for cancer spreading - we simply don't care enough, clearly, as a species.
If we did care, we'd ignore profit lines and stick a finger up at stakeholders and pour as much money as needed to beat it.
Exclusives eh?
Yeah, the lack of them so far? You can count the decent ones on one hand and it's coming up to two years since the PS4 showed up.
Tomb Raider came first, and on PC first.
Uncharted came along, took Tomb Raider, and made a console version with a male lead and a stronger narative.
Uncharted brought nothing new - much like Apple, they just packaged it better.
This "debate" doesn't exist, and this question is 100% click bait, taking advantage of Uncharted 4 and Tomb Raider hype designed to start flame wars.
Wake up.
There are far more things wrong and bad with it than good.
Looks and sounds amazing sure.
But everything else is dreadful. Where's the recoil and spread? Where's the teamwork? The Rebels can never win. Dont get me started on the worst spawning system ever implemented in to a game.
This is nothing more than CoD light and SCREAMS casual and made for kids because they love pew pew.
No recoil, no difference between weapons other than ROF, no teamwork abilities, no way to work as a team, no server browser, worst spawning system I've ever seen in a game (spawning everyone 2 feet away from the enemy team!?!?), flying is dull because the maps are too small and you spend 90% of your time turning around, Vader sounds laughable, press X to win in heroes battle...
I could go on. Not impressive at all. But you would say it was if you were paid to.
They appeared on consoles and are still around due to success.
So, consoles are to blame.
And we're equally annoyed at your blabberings about Uncharted (Tomb Raider) and Halo.
If you cant appreciate the works of arguably universally acclaimed Kojima, then discussing it with you is a complete waste of time.
I bet you think Spielberg and Scott make rubbish movies.
And if you're annoyed at games being repetitive, limited and uninspired with no inginuity and too much hand-holding, you only have yourself and your rubbish conso...
I want to believe that Ubisoft have made up for Unity, as Black Flag, AC2 and dare I say it, AC3, were, to me, really good games. AC2 was amazing at the time.
But I just look at Syndicate...and those...god awful combat animation and fluidity and I cant help but feel this will be just another crash.
Ubisoft need to be more realistic to their stakeholders and give AC a 2 year+ break.
4K alone is a reason that PC will always win, and makes such a difference that you have to see it to understand.
On a long list of reasons of course.
This is what is pissing veterans off that have been playing since day one.
We're expected to pay $40/£40 etc for the Taken King as a separate download, but for about £20 more you can get the base game and all the previous DLC as well? Talk about a big F-you to people that paid like £70+ on day one.
And yes, this whole year has basically been a beta and testing ground of features.
Patch 2.0 that came out last week though......
Should only take 10 minutes or so.
This game doesn't prove anything other than devs have created another short, boring game to sit along side The Order.
Stopped playing Dying Light after about 6 hours.
Seriously boring game.
Still bragging about your exclusives now?
Short, dull game, again. Put this and The Order £18.86 into the "what were they thinking" bin.
Games are cheap on Steam.
Consoles wouldnt know a sale if it smacked them in the face. Once console games get heavily, HEAVILY discounted in PSN sales, THAT'S the price we pay for PC games on release.
Console gaming is insanely expensive in comparison.
You idiots pay £50 a game. I pay £25, tops.
£250 for 10 games against £500 on consoles.
Seriously dude, just stop.
Nothing but children and arrogant, ignorant console fanboys on N4G. It's pathetic.
It's just a shame that it's a decent place to get a wider variety of gaming news.
Yeah it's not like the PC has the single biggest library of EXCLUSIVE games or anything.
OH NO WAIT!
Pirating has been proven numerous times to have minimal, if barely noticeable, impact on total sales.
Stop banging that drum trying to troll PC gamers.
Because it's the biggest gaming franchise ever, arguably?
One could say more people play DOTA 2 (and they do) and more money is made there, but GTA's sales are massive.
And at only £20, it just highlights why PC gaming is so much cheaper.
Console gamers instantly jump on the ridiculous, tired tradition of saying PCs cost thousands, when the REALITY is, you can build a PC, from scratch, for about $100-200 more than a PS4.
