The leaks are coming from reviewers that broke the NDA or, on consoles, some people just got the game early and are not bound by a contract/obligation to keep their mouth shut.
It's no different on PC - people will have been sent early-access codes for reviews via Steam.
People have been posting pictures of Fallout 4 on Steam saying "10 people currently playing" etc.
People are already playing the game on...

I love how you have NO IDEA how much shadows impact performance. Take Witcher 3. Extend the shadow draw distance to max figure in the ini file and watch your FPS go from the 60s to the 20s.
Shadows and shadow draw distance are one of, if not THE, biggest performance consumers in graphics.

People are upset with the graphics, the terrible lip sync, the shoddy animations straight out of FO3, the conversation system is rubbish compared to others in the series, companion AI is terrible especially in path-finding etc
It's clear this isn't the masterpiece it should be, which is sad given how insanely good Skyrim was.
100% always-follow-rule for E3:
Everything you see is not running on consoles. It's running on PC to look as good as possible to suck you in.
Even Uncharted 4 looks worse than its' reveal.

E3 was running on PC, no doubt about it. PS4 will look nothing like it, as even that blurry E3 screenshot looks miles better.
PC will stomp all over PS4's, and PS4's has already been confirmed by leak...
50 basic weapons and on harder difficulties, you get legendary enemies that drop legendary loot types, as well as more loot in general.
So there are certainly unique weapons in the game that cant be crafted.

MASSIVE difference, even with the blur.
The PS4 version looks awful in comparison, and E3 was BLATANTLY therefore running on a PC using a controller.
On PC, yeah.
Mods on consoles will guarantee by limited to things like extra weapons and clothing.
No chance any graphical mods will be in there, as you need script extenders running for that. Something consoles will never be able to do.
Good month, but Fallout 4 is all I'm interested in.
Star Wars is a massive disappointment - dull, repetitive and no skill required. Pass.

Pretty sure they learnt the lessons on Steam - the community will eat you alive if you make us pay for mods that should be free, and add often better content than your own expansions.
Cant see massive mods on consoles though - can a console run a script extender and edit ini files? Don't think so.
Both are required for like 90% of Fallout and Skyrim mods since the dawn of time. You need base access to the OS for the best mods, done through 3rd party sof...
Power armor is confirmed to be like a vehicle - get in and out when you want, but stays where you left it.
He's confirmed that the dialogue is a real let down.
4 choices, 1 to advance the conversation, 1 to say something sarcastic, 1 to ask a question, 1 to quit.
Answers are pre-determined and often say something you don't want to say or didn't expect given the choice you make.

I don't see any issue with the screenshot leaks - they don't spoil anything, are mainly just outdoor shots and confirm stuff we've seen in the trailers.
Sure, people are breaking their review agreements (NDA or whatever) by posting shots, but it's doing no harm.
Other than showing how bad the shadows are at distance due to console hardware...

Definitely getting this on PC, look at the lack of shadow draw distance, and the haze is just there to cover up poor LOD.
ini file tweaks will fix that by boosting SDD at least.
But the shadow draw distance is laughably bad when you look at certain outside shots.
As always on console - great details up close, PS1 details in the distance.
Game is a dud anyway to be honest.
I was one of the "few" that could actually run the game. Sure I had some stuttering, but it was almost exclusively when in the Batmobile and using boost.
I finished it and felt very "meh". It was okay, predictable and repetitive. The city looked cool when flying around, but nothing else was new or worth mentioning.

Witcher 3? I loved it, but I cant see any game beating Fallout 4 to GOTY.
Todd Howard has one 3 GOTY rewards in a row, with Oblivion, Fallout 3 and then Skyrim. No way will he lose out on this one.
