It's always been amazing, what are you on about?
Cheap games, great hardware deals. There's no reason to not have a gaming PC.
Console owners think consoles are cheaper, when their games are twice the price, their controllers cost more than gaming keyboards, they have to pay to play online, and they conveniently leave out the cost of their TV, couch and sound setup when comparing startup costs.

When was the last time a PC game had a physical copy on the shelves?
99% of video game stores dont even have a PC section, and if they do, it's rightfully much older games like Diablo etc.
Only a console owner would read this headline and think PS4 has won here.
They tried to fix PC by breaking the console version.
They nerfed the weather on consoles to make the PC run better, and it still didn't work.

I think it's the first console game to be nerfed to make a PC version better.
And now console owners know what PC gamers feel with...every game lately - nerfed for another platform and just ruined everything.
Console fanboys will point and laugh at how bad it runs on PC, and dear god it's awful, but their bragging is pathetic and pointless.
It's a really generic game that is truly easily forgettable as you say.
I was of the fortunate low %age that actually didn't have many issues on my PC - it actually ran really well and only stuttered when driving really fast - but I still didn't finish the game.
It was boring.
For me, the game is fun in bursts.
It's never been a series where you sit down for hours and get enveloped in the story...because frankly there isn't really one in JC.
It's mindless, interactive, imaginative fun on a larger, more interactive scale than GTA.
But it gets boring quick.
Not GOTY by any means.

And yes, we know Arkham Knight runs like crap.
And then not buy it I hope.
Only way we can stop this crap happening again is to give the shareholders a report showing low sales.

The only console games to have outsold Fallout 4 just on Steam are Fifa 16, Arkham Knight, GTA 5, Witcher 3, Phantom Pain, and Splatoon.

IGN have been caught in the past with "accidently" comparing PS4 versions of games with the PC version, with the PC version running on lower settings.
They did it with Dragon Age and were like "oh yeah, sorry, we messed up" and confirmed the PC footage was running on low settings. "Woops" indeed.

But even more pressure by EA to break the game down into DLC packages, and still make it all work with the limited resources the new consoles provide.
Why are the maps small and player count low? Not for a better gameplay. Because doing that and reducing the resolution to 900p (LOL!) is what makes the gun run and look bet...
Because console controllers SUCK for accuracy.
I don't care what anyone says - there's a reason 99% of FPS games on console have auto-aim either obviously or subtly.

EVERYONE should boycott this, or at least get a refund.
They've hidden over 50% of the game behind a DLC paywall, it's disgusting.
And the only reason this will succeed, is because people will buy this game because of the name and that's it.
By the time they realize how shallow and boring the game is and are done with it, EA will have made their money and be laughing.
Yeah just ignore the texture mods already out, the weapon sounds, the awesome change in dialogue options showing what you'll ACTUALLY say, the lighting mods, darker nights, better blood textures, pipboy creating shadows etc.
There's already 41 pages of mods for PC.

Steam's hardware survey sure shows lower hardware out there, but do you ever consider it's because those people aren't interested in AAA games?
Some of the best games in the world are on PC, are free, are made by indie devs, and don't need great hardware to run.
