You've played UC4 and Last Guardian have you?
Or are you just using games you've not played to justify owning a console with no games worth bragging about in 2 years since release?
My PS4 gathers dust these days, it's disgusting how few games there are worth having.
90% are multi-plats that are best played on PC.
Flight controls still suck.
About 6 weapons are so game-breaking-ly overpowered it beggars belief.
No content worth shouting about.
Big pass until the base game drops to £20 after a few weeks when everyone stops playing it, or maybe £40 or £50 after all the DLC comes out and we get an ultimate edition or something.
No way I'm spending £40 on this DLC-focused, small pile of children's garbage at the...
TF2 is one of the best, most balanced games ever made, with constant free updates and new ideas from Valve.
Try getting that from Sony or MS.
Because DICE took the BF4 engine, shrunk the maps and put less players on them for the sake of "balanced gameplay", which is a cover up for "the consoles cant handle big maps and battles."
Because BF4 ran like crap on consoles, and PC suffered for it.
The ONLY reason this game runs and looks well is because there are less players and vehicles, and the maps are small.
It's not hard - if you have less horsepower, you ren...
They'll strip out the microtransactions, give you 1/3rd of a game for $60, then charge the same for the DLC.
Just like Battlefront.
Anyone that doesn't realize what EA are doing is a moron.
So they shrunk the maps size from BF and lowered it to 20v20 with less vehicles etc, and the FPS increased?
WHO-DA-THUNK-IT!
They're not wizards, they freed up power by lowering what was on screen compared to the BF games.
Wake up. This is no different to lowering detail and resolution to get a better FPS.
120+ HZ monitor's for some reason default to over 60 FPS into the 70s.
It's still locked either way, because if it was unlocked you wouldn't be so peachy about it - the game becomes unplayable when you unlock the FPS.
Anyone with a brain cell on PC knows this.
You're kidding.
On PC I've seen terrain disappear, enemies rocket into the air, swimming soldier on land, companions disappear, I've had 2 quests glitch out on me and cant hand them in, hands disappear from the screen, sound cutting out on vertibirds, FPS plummets when on skyscrapers...
We're clearly not playing the same game.
Because based off the gameplay alone, it's made for kids.
Because pew pew lazors innit.
*sigh*
This game will succeed because kids and moron adults will lap it up because Star Wars is coming, and this will dictate the future of the games industry, making insane rip-off DLC the norm.
Shame on all of you that buy this overpriced, generic shooter.
Apparently we'll be fixing the laundry list of problems too, thanks to PC mods as usual.
Terrible, inexcusable companion AI.
Quests that can be broken.
Terrain glitching.
UI glitches when in stealth.
Pipboy glitching when in stealth.
Arms, gun and pipboy disappearing on loading.
Sound cutting out.
Bottle caps exploit.
XP exploit.

A SALE on Origin??
Hahaha, don't make me laugh.
"Was £59.99. Now £59.89"
First DICE game ever where I really don't care - the beta showed this game to be a skill-less, generic shooter with no team work required, wrapped in the glitter of Star Wars hype.
It always makes me laugh that PC players are supposed to be virgins with no money living at home in their parent's basements, when all that a console owner can afford is a £250 aged console.
Who's MORE LIKELY to be still living at home, really? A guy who can afford a £1000 PC or a guy who can afford a £250 console?
The average PC gamer age is in their 30s, and we get FAR less little kids playing our games, because, you know, they're...
@aawells07
No PC is better because after 2-3 days we already have lighting mods, nude mods, a mod that takes away the settlement build limit, a configuration tool for ini settings, skin replacements, HD eyes, enhanced blood texture, better night skies, water texture...
Hows modding going on consoles so far?
Oh and we're running at 60 FPS at 1080p on Ultra, and we can do 4K if we want to...granted the overall PC performance is a mixed bag...
The same way console gamers bang on about their limited exclusives like Uncharted and Halo? Yep.
It's actually really infuriating that Bethesda can get away with their buggy releases.
The game runs like ass on all platforms, the FPS is tied to the engine AGAIN so if you go over 60 FPS the game speeds up, same animations and same problems as Skyrim on this "new" engine that BLATANTLY isn't new...I'm sorry, but in NO other form of consumerism would this shoddy release fly.
"Oh but it's Bethesda, they're known for buggy re...
And yet NeoGaf is reporting real issues that most journalists would ignore for the sake of making consoles look good.
There are big FPS problems, the consoles cant handle the engine.
But no fanboy will admit that, or paid journalist site.
Yes it has. Steam early-access/review users have been playing FO4 since Oct 28th, with a max of 10 people per day according to Steamdb that tracks game usage on Steam.
The PC version has been "out" for like 2 weeks, and SweetFX is almost always the first PC mod made available to a game as it's so easy to do.
Not that a console owner would know anything about modding.
Good luck getting any graphical mods on consoles as already t...
I find it funny how "next gen" users are saying we should get rid of old gen because it's holding things back.
PC gamers have been saying that for over a decade and get flamed for it.
It's because >50% of the game is locked behind a ridiculous DLC paywall.
There's only 3 modes worth playing in the base game.
It's extremely shallow, and is a $30-40 game, not a $60 one.
"Oh we're not going to kill your wallets with microtransactions", oh yay!
Yeah, like 1 $50 transaction for the main bulk of the game is somehow not worse than 10 $5 transactions?
Sod off EA and an...
