Embargos and review sites hide the public from the truth though - the PS4 version of FO4 runs like ass, confirmed frequent FPS drops, and both the Xbox and PS4 suffer from ridiculous load times.
But I guarantee all reviews will say "runs butter smooth".
It's 100% lies.
It's true.
Every leaked stream on PS4 and Xbox One have shown loading times in excess of 30 seconds.
PC will be faster like in every Bethesda game especially if you're running on an SSD. With an SSD, Skyrim loaded you in-game before the load menu lore or images loaded.
And let you shove console crap down our throat in every Uncharted and Halo article? No thanks.
Fallout 4 is another piece of proof as to how rubbish console hardware is.
Terrible PS4 framerates are being reported through NeoGaf with day one patch installed:

Original Valve plush Headcrab from Half Life 2 and original Valve plush Hunter from Half Life Episode 2.

Both are extremely rare and no longer produced.
90% of what has been leaked is just generic gameplay with no spoilers of the story.
There are some morons on the Steam community forums and the usual places that are posting the ending though.
And they say PC piracy is a problem...
"consoles have a library of games that arent on PC"
2 years of the new consoles says otherwise.
Pretty sure you can list the "worth mentioning" games on consoles that aren't on PC with one hand.
It's a sea of multiplats that, ignoring the shambles of WB with Arkham Knight WHO THEN BROKE THE CONSOLE VERSION in an attempt to fix the PC one, play best on PC.
Stop waving the exclusives flag when the li...
Nobody is streaming on Twitch.
Those that do are being shut off quickly.
Old and unexciting before they're even released?
Kind of like console hardware then.
At least Valve are trying, instead of releasing the same crap year on year.
Valve make roughly $750 mill a year off Steam and releasing almost no games in the past 5 years.
He's hardly lost it.
And PC has a bigger, more varied games library.
Fallout 3 + mods on PC = different game.
NV + mods on PC = different game.
Skyrim + mods on PC = different game.
I see no reason why Fallout 4 will be any different.
Fallout 4 + mods on consoles = new skins...and that's it, because consoles cant run script extenders or manage mod loading orders via 3rd party software required for new missions, new animations, new items and interaction etc.
I think it's between Fallout 4 and Witcher 3, because Bloodborne is just another Dark Souls.
I enjoyed it, but it's no GOTY winner as none of the Dark Souls games are either.
Fallout 4 is most likely gonna win this year, as Oblivion, Fallout 3 and Skyrim all won no-contest GOTY because of Todd Howard.
Sad that this game would have gotten no GOTY nominations or even any notice on a large scale if it hadn't come to consoles, as it's a PC game.
Pathetic industry we have where only console games are really the main focus, when two of the best RPGs in a decade (Divinity and Pillars of Eternity) came out on PC recently.
There's some PS4 screenshots out there if you want.
It's been confirmed to take roughly 11 minutes to run from top left to bottom right. Run+sprinting whenever possible due to stamina.
Skyrim takes about 14 minutes.
TW3 takes about 16 minutes.
Don't know where Todd was getting "bigger than Skyrim" from then.
And it's confirmed in the PC leak stream earlier today that the map is border-less and has an invisible wall that prompts you "you cant go that...
It's a shame really.
This was a PC game and got almost no publicity, and is easily one of the two (along with Pillars of Eternity) best RPGs ever made in the past decade.
Now it's come to consoles and suddenly it's amazing?
Hypocrisy of journalists and console gamers at its' finest.
If this was the same guy that did the PC leaked footage, then he was using godmode.
