All the PC haters here are funny. Upset that a system we built, or bought 7 or 8 years ago can play playstation 5 games with better performance than something they bought four years ago if you jumped in at launch. Sure it was more of an investment, but I'm an avid gamer. It's my Hobby. I'll gladly drop good money on a new pc over a console because it will outperform whatever the next gen console follows. You get what you pay for. Consoles will always be underpowered to keep c...
Reviewer states he doesn't like Sports games. His only enjoyable experience has been from Mario tennis on the N64. Take that for what it's worth.
Absolutely the best community in gaming that I've experienced. I've had some of the best & most productive rounds with random folks.
It tells you the Major order in game every day, as well as personal order...It also shows how many people are playing on a given planet. What more information is really needed?
This sounds too much like people wanting it to be like COD, Weapon mods aren't part of the game for a reason. Each weapon has it's own strength and weakness. My group has started playing roles to mitigate gaps in defense & offense. Sentry Mage as well call it, Orbital man, and Eagle Boy. Sometimes bringing in two support weapons so somebody can carry a quasar / laser as wells as a guard dog. Can be a game changer when your bro can just drop you an extra auto cannon, instead...
I thought it was great while it lasted. As soon as things got interesting and the action picked up the game ended. When it was over I legit was like "that's all of it?"
That's a huge troll. I'd be pissed lol. My crew just through all of our gems before boarding just to pad our kill counts a bit. Sentry's and Orbital laser will bump that count up 20 or so. Not that it matters. We just do it for bragging rights lol.
I've always got great life spans from all the video cards I've ever bought. However I do typically get the top or 2nd to the top end cards. To me it pays off in the end when I'm still enjoying gaming comfortably 5/6 years later. The 1080ti was an amazing card that still performed relatively well before I swapped it out for a 3080 I came across for a steal. I think that these top end cards are just trying to push 4k as hard as they can. Which is great...if you care. I'm s...
$1,878 (Was $1,969.45) LOL. What a steal.
Easily the quickest 60 hours of gaming I've ever had. Still looking forward to playing daily.
You can bet it will have plenty of MTX with a MyPlayer mode.
I think hardware development is at a point where they need to figure out how to draw less power, These beefy high end cards eat wattage, and I'm curious if using DLSS & AI in general will lower the power draw. It would seem like the days of just adding more VRAM & horsepower is over. Law of diminishing returns. Pretty soon DLSS/FSR will be incorporated into everything, and eventually the tech will be good enough to hardly notice a difference if at all. AI is the future and it...
I recently restarted the game, and grinded through the first few hours. The game definitely picks up once you've completed a few story quests. I was not impressed at release, but as of now I find it to be pretty enjoyable for what it is.
Best 39.99 game purchase I've made in a long time. Like you, I'm not really swayed to heavily to buy any of the extra warbond tiers. Probably get one after I've unlocked all the standard stuff, but even then that just more of a me thing. Need to be able to spend those bonds on something new eventually, but at least their are multiple choices in tiers, and aren't locked into something like COD where you have to grind 100tiers to get everything it has to offer. Not to mentio...
So far at level 7 "suicide missions" my group of 4 isn't having any difficulty. We actually look forward to them. Everybody needs to bring in stratagems that compliment each other. Just not your favorites. Sentry's, and Mortars with a boosted cooldown from the ship upgrade helps greatly. I think a lot of it depends on the level of co-ordination you can attain with your group. I can see playing with a group of randoms becoming a complete nightmare.
Loved Alpha Protocol in all it's glorious jank. Great game.
Playing HD2 with 4 friends has been a great experience every time. I can see how it'd get old if your playing solo, or with silent randoms.
The Saturn burned to many consumers in America. I loved the system, but the majority of the good titles for the system were never brought to the states. It was a shame. The Saturn was an absolute 2d powerhouse that released at a horrible time when everybody wanted blocky polygons. The Dreamcast suffered from the stigma of how Sega handled the Saturn in my opinion. I bought Dreamcast on day one and loved it until they stopped supporting it. I mean NFL 2k, and NBA 2k. Still playing NBA2k...
Did you get a group of 3 other friends together? I fail to see how you could have found it boring with only a sample size of 3 hours. Considering some of the missions have 30/40 minute timers. I find it hard to believe you actually gave it a fair shot.
You can refund any game you've purchased as long as it hasn't been longer than two weeks, and you've played less than 2 hours. I wish they would change it to 3 hours because some RPG's have so much exposition that you may only get an hour total of complete gameplay. That's my only knock on it. I've refunded plenty of stuff I was just curious to try. I typically stay away from Early Access titles which are the only ones affected by this policy change.
