L4D is one of the best $50.00 ive spent on a game. I dont care if its relatively "short". Its somthing i pick up,play an hour or two and walk away.Great way to waste time in 45 minute blocks!

After gazing at my collection of green game cases,I noticed I have alot of multiplatform games.
Most of them were judged as good or even better than the competitors system. You wanna argue that? Go ahead but this article gives examples of it and im sure you have read others.

Ive played the PC version on a system fast enough to run it with everything set to max.
It DOES look better..But:
1) Not better enough to warrant all the extra hardware expense to do it IMO. Im not buying a new PC to play a game or spend hundreds to upgrade one of my PCs just to do so.
2) Cant take it to my friends house without filling the SUV with said computer.Heck I could play it in the van.

heyheyhey, My brother in law has a pretty trick gaming PC.Hes spent some cash keeping it that way too.Plays COD4 well but lags a bit at times (seemed to run a hair better on the 360).My point is I spent less $$$ for the 360 that he did for his video card alone!

Might be a tad off topic,but I hate the new X Play.
They recapped all the reviews for the entire week last night.
And the number of reviews was less than a single episode of the old show.
So I guess this guys partially to blaim for why I have a 360 over a PS3.
I loved the Twisted Metal games (except III of course and Small Brawl).
I would figure 360 owners would have more games per console easy.They have several good titles that are in the bargain bins now.I already own 7 in one month of ovwnership (Command and Conquer 3,Ace Combat 6,Dead Rising,Forza 2,Marvel Alliance,Halo 3,and Bioshock).
What hurts the Wii IMO is a couple things.One is the casual gamer stops buying games after Wii sports.And alot of afterthought "Wii mote" control gimmicks on 3rd party games (that was also ported to PS2 titles).
I looked at Ipods and Zunes last month.Bought a Sansa View and couldnt be happier.
Wasnt Sony offering a PS3 for $299.00 during the holidays with a approved application for a Sony Visa (or was it Mastercard?).
It will be in its prime? OK..It will be a 4 year old system and Nintendo/Microsoft will likely have new models out by then...That I would HOPE be backwards compatable too.
Furthermore it will be a 4 year old system that competed HARD just to get the marketshare it has due to stiff competiton from the 360 and Wii.
I think the 10 year system stuff sounds nice,but I dont believe for a second Sony will not launch another console untill 2016.Who knows what the competitors will have ...
