yawnnnnn....Somebody had too much time on their hands doing this experiment. The only thing im surprised about is the PS consumes more than the Xbox.

Who paid 60 bucks for L4D? I bought two copies in November (PC and Xbox). The Xbox version was 50 bucks and the PC version was 10 dollars less.
I honestly had more fun and replay with L4D than GTA4 and Halo 3 (that I did pay 60 bucks each for).
L4D2 cant come fast enough.

I used to get annoyed when I bought PC games and had a mandatory patch you needed already.

Im a little nervous as I paid over $200 for my PSP a few years ago.
Im worried they will no longer support it in the future.Or force me to download whatever new games I want for it.
Next portable will prob be a DSi anyway. My 5 year old could get somthing out of it then...and I might even be able to find a few games for it (among all the Care Bear/Pokemon titles) that I like.

I know ive mentioned this here before,but historically the graphics king is never the victor in the end.
Atari 2600 killed the Intelivision and Colecovision which were SUPERIOR in graphics.
The NES smoked its rivals.
The PS1 and 2 dominated.
Which one has more horsepower doesnt matter if few are utilizing it.
How many multiplats on the PS3 are truely judged superior? How many have you read about that are not?
I just read that the Ghostbuster game has a edge with the 360 graphics wise,and it is the "ported" version!

Nothing but a business decision. I recall articles stating the PS2 was kind of difficult to write for,but it had a large enough install base to overcome that...IE make it worthwhile.
Same cant be said for the PS3 though (and I mean no insult by that).
Not worth rewriting the whole game to ship another 500,000/1 million units.

I was on the fence on this one, but this vid is swaying me.
Sure got alot of awards and acolades for a "unfinished project".
And personally ive had over 6 months of playing it and still having fun.
But you didnt address my question...Does the entire company have to work on only one project? How long it took to develop L4D is irrelavent.
Hmm..I remember the game not costing much less than that when it hit stores. And $40-50 THEN for a game was alot.
