Yeah yeah yeah, typical troll BS.
Speaking of selling copies, I went to Futureshop on Tuesday and all the Crysis 2 PC was sold out, but the Xbox and PS3 copies were still there. I went to EBgames, Crysis 2 PC sold out, Xbox and PS3 version still there.
I came back today to pick up a copy because they restocked the shelves yesterday at EB Games. Only 2 Crysis PC copies were left, the Xbox and PS3 shelves were nearly full.
I'm not saying it...
Sorry, but GT kind of loses credibility giving Black Ops a 9.3, so nobody cares about what score KZ3 or Crysis 2 got from them.
@ thereapersson
While it's true I have enjoyed playing these games on the PS3. I still wouldn't miss them if I didn't have the console. The only game I would probably want to play is uncharted, but that's it. I don't really care for killzone anymore.
As for PC
- The Witcher 2
- Dawn of War 2
- Starcraft 2
- Diablo 3
- Shogun 2: Total War
- Probably SW: The Old Republic since it won...
You know, gingivitis is the number one cause of aaallll tooth decay.
It doesn't really matter if the PS3 version is a bit better looking than the 360 version as some people claim.
However, you cannot deny that the 360 still has some juice left in the system. Crytek pretty much owned everyone who said the 360 was maxed out with Gears 2.
This was done in 3 years, on 3 platforms, worked on individually. I'm sorry fanboys, but you cannot say Crytek are lazy devs, as they did a major accomplishment here.
"Never herd of The First Templar. anyone else know anything about it?"
I hate to say it but The First Templar doesn't look very good, which is too bad. Here, check it for yourself.

They see me trollin', they hatin'!
For your first point, there are one of three things. It seems either it somehow wasn't implemented in the beta, you're just simply lying, or you didn't know what to press to enable customizing. You CAN customize your weapon in the game.

@ HolyOrangeCows
What are you talking about, blurry background?
http://www.videogameszone.d...
Look at the PC version and then look at the other 2 versions. It's clear to me that the PS3 has depth of field and Xbox doesn't, hence why it looks like a blurry background.
You fanboys never learn.
Cliff would pretty much agree with you and people would see that if they took the time to read the article, I don't know why people still call him a douche. Please guys, I'm still waiting for someone to provide evidence that he really is a douche.
“Dual-analogue touch-screen controls do not work,” he said in an interview with Play magazine.
“They’re fun for 15 seconds and then it’s just friction-burn.”

1. Start menu? You mean the "press enter to continue" screen? Press enter once, click quit, 2 seconds.
2. Who gives a crap, really? They fixed it in a patch, it's a bloody demo.
3. Again, it's a demo. Some games get it fixed in final build. Besides it's not even that bad.
4. I have yet to encounter a bad server, all have been smooth for me, check your connection. Oh yeah, it's a demo.

No it isn't, especially when you can get PC games for a lot cheaper than consoles.
$1200 is a lot to drop on a computer, but I don't regret it as I haven't played on consoles since powering up my new baby. I'll probably just play the console exclusives that I'm interested in. Oh and Mass Effect 3 on the Xbox since my char. is on there.
@ cakeisalie
People who have played the beta say it's a mixture of narrow path and open areas. You still have different options to tackle a situation.
You play Crysis 1 with big areas, but in a linear fashion and it seems it's going to be that way in Crysis 2. Probably the areas are smaller, but still big enough to play around.
Oh and btw, you don't even know if Crysis 2 isn't as intensive as Crysis 1. Stop judging on the mp d...

Ummm, what?
If you're lucky you can get a 5970 for $650
The 6990 is $750, I don't think that's 3 or 4 times more...
I'm really getting tired of people saying Crysis 2 is consolized now. All we get is a couple of SP videos and an MP demo with only 2 maps and already some of you are saying it doesn't look as good as Crysis 1. Why don't you guys do your research before concluding that Cryengine 3 looks nearly the same as Cryengine 2.

This article only talks about the 5xxx series cards that were sold within 3 months...of 2010.
Now we're in 2011, you know how much that number has grown by now? This isn't even considering the gamer series 4xxx cards and the new 6xxx series cards as well.

Wrong newtype, the 5970 was initially priced at $700, that's quite a difference from what you're claiming. Unless of course, the one that cost a grand had a custom cooler and was factory overclocked by a lot.
To the people trying to beat down vulcan, try to have some common sense. If anything, you're in the minority of interpreting what he meant. I know exactly what he meant, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out.
The majority of PC gamers have associated this term "8800 and up" with faster video cards, aka, gaming series video cards.

@ Perkel
By that logic, Creative Assembly screwed their PC audience as well even if it has been well received. There is no DX11 or even Anti-aliasing in that game.
