Buy anything from the in-game MannCo store, and you'll be bumped up and get all the features.
^ It's not exactly twice the awesomeness though.
The overall pixel-count remains the same, and often, the FOV is decreased as well.
You're right that there might need to be a few cutbacks in detail, but having local split-screen shouldn't be out of the question.
Why would split-screen be unlikely? O.o
Meh, either ways, I prefer online co-op anyways. I like my screen space.
... free for two weeks only? Dag nabbit.
Well, I guess they might as squeeze whatever gain they can make from the DLC since the game didn't take off too well.
It's a pity because I really liked the movement system and the game can be fun.
"i am rooting for BF3 not because i will buy either but i am just tired of COD brand and its over prices dlc "
You are essentially replacing one evil king by an even bigger evil king.
EA already has planned the same thing as Activision; one new FPS game releasing each year with alternating devs.
They're only playing nice because they don't rule the market yet, but when they do, it'll be the same story. Over-priced DLC and yearly...
Makes sense. Otherwise everyone just gets unlimited inventory. (According to the FAQ, they can receive gifts, but can't give any items)
I just don't know how the influx of the F2P crowd (most of whom are usually younger kids) will affect the game.
Sure it means more people can enjoy the game, but... I don't know.
I've got mixed feelings.
... It's free-to-play now?
I don't know how to feel. =/
... Yea, well, hopefully it looks better than Metro this time around.
Didn't that one mod (ProjectReality) for BF2 have it?
RedOrchestra2 has it too.
The 'uncanny valley' isn't related to gameplay. =p
The article itself states that:
"He was unwilling to comment on whether Bioshock Infinite might call on Microsoft's Kinect (the game already supports the PlayStation Move controller)"
He isn't saying that games shouldn't have any motion controls, but rather that they shouldn't be forced on to the player and shouldn't affect the main experience.
i.e. Don't dumb down the AI so that they're easy to hit with the motion control...
... but what does that have to do with this article? O.o
The ad I had to watch was about BlackOps' new DLC.
Why am I being forced to watch a trailer for a DLC when I am trying to watch a trailer for an HD remake? x.x
Valve's games usually have humor.
BadCompany series has some humor as well.
Still, I'm waiting for someone to make another sequel for NoOne-Lives-Forever
Thomas is fine by me.
As for Chara, he's a good guy but I'm still sour about the hit he did on Pacioretty.
Casual.
I wasted more time on that silly guitar-based google logo than I have in some actual games.
No doubt they were keeping an eye on him after the details were leaked. It's a common technique used to gather evidence, find more charges and if you're lucky, can lead you to other hackers.
It's just that, if it weren't for the hackers themselves painting a red arrow above him, he probably wouldn't have been caught.
Does that mean that these agencies are just fishing in the dark or can they actually catch something big without outside help?
Aye, the first Thief was a big leap for action games.
Could also put Hitman in the list as well.
Most horror games can also qualify as stealth I suppose. (Amnesia is essentially a stealth game)
"Cleary was arrested following a joint investigation by Scotland Yard and the FBI."
Great, so they're doing something... even though his details were published by Anonymous over a month ago.
Yea, SD forums seem to suggest that too (free if you get it within first two weeks, or purchased if you buy the game later)
Makes sense too, as making it trial based would just piss off current players... players who'll have no trouble switching (back?) to TF2.
