Wow! I just read through that article. I can't believe how much EA is attacking Activision. Reminds me of the old Sega Nintendo days.
Reading comprehension for the win: EA is deliberately limiting sales at launch so that the servers don't get overloaded.
Some do. Remember GoldenEye?
It'll be revealing for sure. If 360 still outsold PS3 even with the price cut it would be bad news for Sony.
It sure would be a punch to Activision's gut if BF3 somehow came close to even matching MW3 this holiday.
It'll help for sure, but $100 price cut would have been smarter I think. Sony could have really put huge pressure on MS with it.
Why is the internet filled with such trolls? Sad.
True, but similar to 3DS we have to see if it's just a temp boost for a couple of weeks or if Sony can get big momentum going into holiday with Uncharted and other games.
Unless you can turn your +1 sales bump into a +1 million, we won't really notice!
I'm not so sure about that, but they are in pretty good shape from a global perspective. Strong brand following in Europe, and meanwhile Xbox 360 is all but dead in Japan.
30% bump is a reasonable estimate
Umm...if you read it, it's not an opinion by IndustryGamers but comments from analysts about how MS will or won't react.
Well, there's still plenty of room for growth, and many consumers may find that $249 entry point to be a good value, especially if they want a good Blu-ray player too.
I don't think you can ever count Nintendo out. I'm not worried about their financials one bit. They'll be fine.
I hope they do. I'm sick of Facebook.
Thank you Sega for speaking the truth
Wow man, that's an ugly ugly month!
Xbox 360 just keeps on rolling.
This is big news in terms of social gaming. If anyone has the muscle to outdo Facebook, it's going to be Google.
Oh man, that would be sweet. I loved MVP.
