Thats the laughable thing with some people. They try and persuade people to not buy the scorpio and get it on PC whereas microsoft will gain profit even if everyone buys on PC lol.
Me personally will be getting the scorpio day one rather than upgrade my PC (again) just a simple option, for those that dont worry about cost then you will be able to have a top end rig and then the PC version is the way to go.
PC upgrade may require you to change every part of your setup from motherboard right the way up.
Scorpio for the easy option for 4K gaming/Video
PC for the enthusiast that can afford top end stuff.
p.s. my PC is limp

PC is good until you buy a game and then the game wont load due to configuration issues requiring patches etc.
Also to get a capable PC to run 4K at medium settings it would be more cost effective to just buy the scorpio.

Doom 3 was a complete change of style and was not true to the franchise. Doom I and II, final doom are the ones you want to be playing before you can understand why they style of the reboot is the way it is.

Exclusivity deals are commonplace these days from both sides. Microsoft said last E3 or the E3 before cant remember which that they are concentrating more on their own IP's rather than paying for exclusive content (barring ROTR) which is why XBOX no longer have COD DLC earlier, Destiny DLC.

I think they are meaning if a game is developed firstly for the scorpio and then downscaled to 720/1080p then the quality may look bad. Better to develop for the xbox one and then 4k patch for the scorpio which is the route they will take.
